    The two girls were very professional. Called me to let me know they were going to be late. They went right to work after verifying what I needed done. They did a great job. There were a couple spots missed, but it wasn't a big problem.

    The very first time they came i was not satisfied.  But to be honest it was first time and maybe a little misunderstand on what I needed.  I called the owner,Jeff and spoke of my concerns and he fully understood.  After talking to him and letting him know what i wanted, I decided to try them again.. I'm one for second chances.  This last time they came I was completely satisfied.  I have them on a two week cleaning service for my home I would recommend Commercially Clean.  Their service and customer service is excellent.

    They were supposed to concentrate on the bathroom and kitchen. They did not get to the kitchen the first day and on the second day it appeared that they had cleaned just the stove and microwave. I had just cleaned the stove so that should not have taken too long. They did clean the toilet really well, but I asked specifically that all of the base boards be cleaned and that all of the dusting be done. They did not dust anything and none of the baseboards were cleaned. The amount of work that was done I could have done myself in about three hours, they charged for nine. They did some of the light housecleaning like damp mopping the floor (also pretty poorly) but that is not what I wanted. I wanted the things done that I don't have time for on a regular basis and none of that was done.

    At our initial appointment, I found Kimberly to be very forthright about her prices, method of cleaning, and experience. She has been cleaning my home two to four times a month for over a year now. She always gives me a reminder call the day before and since she works in Anchorage at times, never fails to let me know if she'll be running a few minutes late - which has never been more than 15 minutes. Honest - reliable - punctual - reasonably priced. (Note: Angie's List doesn't have phone number for "Cleaning by Kimberly" - (907) 315-2588.)

    I've been trying to schedule a time to get this service performed since I purchased the Big Deal on 07/30/13. I asked if it could be done on a wednesday since that is the weekday when someone is home at my house. The service provider finally said she could get it done (the night before, Tue 10/1 at 7 p.m.) on Wed 10/2 with the following email "I'm sorry, my employee will be at your house working for only 2 hours and NOT 4 as I mentioned on the last email. I just check you coupon and it is for cleaning 10 windows inside or 2 hours of cleaning. She will be at your house around 11:00AM. Thank you, Jane.

     At quarter to 1 p.m. on Wed 10/3 I called the service provider on the phone asking where her employee was. She said since I never emailed back to confirm the appointment she told her employee not to go. Notice in the email there's nothing that says "you must contact me back to confirm the appointment or I will tell my employee not to go to your house. So I said thank you very much but trying to get this cleaning scheduled is more of a headache than it is worth, I'll just get a refund and hung up the phone.

    The original contact with Jane took about 3 phone calls or emails for me to schedule service.  Once the contact was made Jane was very efficient in getting my service scheduled.  Christine cleaned my house and did a wonderful job.

    Merry Maids was inconsistent with their schedule & performance.  On more than one occasion they no showed for regular scheduled cleaning.  Late arrivals are typical.  I also had items (jewelry/cash) disappear.  My credit card was billed in error on two occasions.  They even tried to charge me for a time they no showed.  There is no supervision of staff while cleaning is being done. Cleaners frequently talked on their cell phones, taking personal calls.  They would also sit in the vehicle in my driveway for extended periods of time.  No accountability from management.  I would not recommend their service.  It was way more trouble than what its worth.

    Fantastic! From the moment I scheduled my appt. to when I met the service agent on site in my home I had a wonderful experience. The cleaning agent asked me to show him what I needed cleaned and to point out the problem areas. He even got out a nasty red stain we had when he was done.

    Was very dissatisfied with their cleaning service. They shined up our toaster for example, but didn't touch the microwave. Ended up cleaning that myself thanksgiving morning. They broke our can opener and made many promises to replace it but never did. They somehow left a big black scar on our bathroom wall that I had to repaint to fix. Lousy yet very expensive lesson, would NEVER hire again nor recommend them for anything!!

    At the introductory visit, a cleaning supervisor walked through my home with me, taking notes on what I wanted done, both on a regular and intermittent basis, and was then given a price quote.  The initial appointment was a "deep cleaning" and included the cleaning supervisor and another employee.  The job was mediocre but due to the shortage of housecleaners in the area, I went ahead and scheduled another appointment.  Since this was a "maintenance" cleaning, only one employee was needed and it happened to be the supervisor once again.  Unfortunately, she informed me that she was leaving the company so I would have a different housecleaner at my next appointment.  Because the new employee had no knowledge of my home's layout or what I expected, I had to repeat what I'd explained at the introductory visit.  After she had finished cleaning, which was average, she wrote out the invoice and I was surprised to discover that I was being billed for the time I spent showing her the house and repeating my expectations.  I went ahead and scheduled a third cleaning and the day before my appointment, I was called and told that the previous housecleaner had taken another job so a new employee would be cleaning my home.  Once again, I had to explain everything - and was billed for the time.  But since this person did a fairly good job and was being sent on a regular basis, I didn't have to explain everything all over again so continued making appointments.  However, the last straw was the day I opened the door to find that the company had sent a different housecleaner without notifying me.  The next day, I called the Cleaning Crew and told them to cancel my future appointments.  I explained my concerns about high staff turnover, being charged for having to go over things with every new housecleaner, their high hourly rate of $42, and sending different housecleaners with no notice.
