    Property Management Inc. Michigan
PMI of MI has been very professional from the initial introduction to the manager. They are attentive to the property, tenants and to me, the landlord. My previous property manager experience was a nightmare and when I started working with PMI of MI I wished I had made the change years earlier! I would highly recommend Property Management of MI!.

Work was performed quickly and locksmith was professional and prompt. My only issue is that when I called for an estimate I was only quoted a $60.00 call fee, but ended up being charged $90.00 for labor on top of the call-out fee. The hourly rate should have been included in the telephone quote, but no mention was made when I called.

He arrived exactly when he said he would.  I needed two locks on the same door fixed.  But after asking him about keyless entry, I decided to go with that lock.  He was knowledgeable about the lock.  He also changed the lock plate.  The original was cheap and used short screws.  He replaced it with a heavy lock plate and long screws that went into the door frame.
He also fixed the second lock.

Im sure my date is wrong but its been so long now that Ive forgotten.  Im writing this review because I keep getting emails asking for it.  Here is what happened..
Our home had a few water leaks and some damage after the big storms you had in 2012.  We are currently renting the home out and had the renters call to explain the problem since we are not there to see it.  They scheduled someone to come take a look and the person never arrived.  A few weeks later, they called back and finally someone came out.  They walked through and said they would call back that week with a quote.  They never called called back.  Our renters called them several times and left messages and still never heard a thing.  This company was NOT professional and I will NOT recommend anyone use them unless you dont mind waiting around while your problem just sits there.

Dry Out Systems of Alaska Inc
We purchased our home, which was a pre-forclosure, and came into it to have the gas checked and that's when we discovered water running from one side of the kitchen to the other (first time buyers nightmare). It ended up going down the wall downstairs too. Dry Out Systems came in and helped not with just all of the physical assistance, but assisted with giving us confidence in the process. They were excellent and not only will I call them again, but I have referred them to several other friends in their time of 'emergency' needs. As long as I live in Alaska they will be my first call for all of our water damage needs.

I have employed Charlene Moss for over two years to manage my rental property in Wasilla, AK.  They were recommended by a trusted friend.  For the most part I have been pleased with their service.  They act as though they truly care for the condition of my home.  They performed credit checks on prospective renters and only allowed those that would be good for the money.  I appreciated this.  This service is particularly helpful because i live in Louisiana and have no way to routinely inspect my house myself.
The problem I have experienced with Charlene Moss is that they are notoriously unreliable about calling back when I have a question.  There have been expensive maintenance and repair issues that I simply never get any feedback on.  I authorize work according to their recommendations and never know if it was completed.

Dry Out Systems of Alaska Inc
Bo came and inspected the property while I was out of town, explained over the phone what needed to be done. I called the insurance co. They recommended a preferred company, However I stayed with Dry Out. Bo and his crew did minimal demo and was able to dry the house using their equipment. House was dry and they recommended Leading Edge Construction to completed the repairs needed. They are Great Too!! Everything was completed within 3 weeks. They did scare me when they said it could take 2 months. Bo said he says that to every customer in order to prepare for the worst.

Dry Out Systems of Alaska Inc
They were very friendly, and responded very fast. The pipes had frozen and caused water damage. Time is of the essence in these situations especially when it's a rental. I was amazed at how fast the unit got turned around. They handled the water clean up and lined up the rest of the contractors to get everything else fixed so the renter could come back home.

Dry Out Systems of Alaska Inc
I had a water leak in my laundry room and called my insurance company. The insurance company said it was not covered.
I found Dry Out Systems of Alaska through a friend, they came in and took a look at my water damage and mold issue. After talking with me they said that it should be covered by my insurance. They placed equipment and signed me up, with a contingency that if it was not covered that the first 3 days would be free. They called and said they and an insurance adjuster would be coming out the next day. Andy talked with the adjuster and was able to show that the loss was covered with the exception of the mold. Dry Out Systems billed for what they could, and didn't charge for the mold cleanup. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Dry Out Systems informed me of all the money that I should be reimbursed for: (electric bill, labor I did, personal items lost, etc.). Once all the clean up work was complete, they advised me on companies to do the repairs, or to do them myself. I asked why they didn't provide this service. Their response completely made sense, it is a conflict of interest. If they got paid to do repairs then the could dry for several days, then tear out the structure they dried and double dip.
