    MYLORD'S FLORAL
We visited the shop less than two weeks before the wedding. The staff was super-friendly and never once made us feel bad or rushed with our last-minute request. They took plenty of time to sit with us and help us choose flowers and designs that would go with the chosen colors and informality of the occasion. I had a very squirmy toddler with me who wanted to explore the entire shop and the staff had nothing but smiles for him. On the day of the wedding, the flowers were delivered on time by a helpful and courteous driver. Everything looked beautiful and fresh. After the wedding and reception, I took my matron of honor bouquet home with me, where it lasted nearly a week in a vase of water.

    FLOWERS BY LOUISE
The orders were done perfectly, time sensitive (sometimes I called with little notice) .  Flowers By Louise  were very accommodating and also most orders were to be shipped.  They were carefully wrapped and secure for deliver to the airport. We are very happy with their attention to details and always providing the exact color arrangement we requested.

    SPECIAL TOUCH FLORIST
This is my go-to shop for floral arrangements and welcome walk-in requests. The owner and employees have always been great to work with, enjoy what their doing, and put together some beautiful arrangements (my advice, ask them which flowers they'd recommend). The wife has always been happy with flowers from there! The owner will also work to get you specific flowers if you give her enough forewarning.

    HEAVENLY CREATIONS
The arrangement was breathtaking! Delivered to the church in a timely manner which also was impressive as the church was in Warrington and Heavenly Creations is in Milton (20 mi or so). The delivery man was very professional and caring. I handled everything by phone as to what I wanted. It was like she was reading my mind. They went above and beyond my expectations. I am aware that some flowers cost more than others. They really delivered! (pun intended). Other arrangements at the service paled in comparison. I fully intend to use Heavenly Creations for my daughter's wedding next year. I cannot say enough about them. You will not be disappointed in the flowers or the staff. Just excellent.

    FLOWERS BY JUNE
I picked an arrangement called "Pretty in Pink", since pink is my daughters favorite color. She sent me a picture of the flowers and I have to say, I was extremely dissappointed. There was not one single stem of pink in the whole arrangement! Also, it looked absolutely nothing like the photo I selected! There were 2 yellow and 2 red roses and a few yellow carnations. It was in a word "ugly". I sent an email to the website and was told that the vendor (Flowers by June), would offer me a $5 coupon. When I declined it the customer rep said she would get back to me with a resolution, but never did. I don't think the vendor Flowers by June, should ignore the photo's on the FTD websites if they are going to be providing the local service for the websites. Flower that are sent to someone else are notoriously a giant rip off alot of times since the purchaser cannot see the actual goods. This time, they were called on it and they still wouldn't do the right thing and refund the purchase. I even sent a picture for them to compare to the FDT photo. Hopefully, the websites will get enough complaints and stop using "Flowers by June".

    FLOWERS BY LOUISE
On May 12 I had a message on my phone informing me I had a 2hour window to call back Flowers By Louise for a delivery. The message also stated that they had tried to contact me on the 11th. I checked my caller ID no calls or hangups from the store. Also nothing hanging on my door letting me know about delivery. Monday the 13th at 9am, I called Flowers by Louise. I asked them to just refund my daughters their money as I didn't want a flower arrangement that had been sitting that long. I also informed them that I only had 1 message from them on Sunday the 12th. I work the weekends I would have made arrangements for the delivery. The clerk who took my call said she would look into it and call me back. At 9:30am she called and said they would deliver a fresh bouquet before I left for work. Then she took directions to my home. At 10:15 the delivery driver called to see if he was at the right home. He was in my driveway. He brought my flowers to me and RAN back to his van. I brought the flowers in and immediately notice that the flowers were old.   All of the filler flowers were brown and curling up alot of their petals had already fallen off. The rest of the flowers were in a little better shape. The  1 lily that was in the vase looked like it had been man handled. I've seen nicer ones at the grocery store.I called the store back and told them that the flowers were dying. The same clerk I had talked to earlier told me that it was a new arrangement, that she had watched the florist make it. I informed her that I was looking at the bouquet as we spoke and the flowers were dead!. She told me if I wasn't happy to bring them to the shop and they would refund my daughters their money. I immediately took them back. When I placed the flowers on the counter. The clerk asked me what flowers I wasn't happy with. I pointed out all the dead ones. Her response was " That's how they come in,they're off a tree and that's how they look." I also pointed out that the lily was beat up. She told me it was fresh just in that morning. I told her that the arrangement looked old and the flowers were dying. To this she said "Well I'm sorry we could'nt make you happy we will refund your daughters credit card." I left and went to work. When my daughter called long distance to get a refund, the clerk informed her they would only give her a partial refund If she wanted to talk to a manager she came in later. My daughter informed the clerk that she wasn't happy with the service and that they had ruined the Mothers Day gift. When my daughter called back to talk to the manager she was informed that she wasn't getting a full fefund because she had called the clerk a C---.  My daughter is a nurse works with people everyday, needless to say she was shocked. The manager told her she would get the price of flowers refunded but not the delivery.  Poor, poor service and product ! I work retail, I'm telling everyone who will listen, plus the 150 people I work with. I

    FLORAL CREATIONS
Their phone message on voice mail said they were closing early but no referencer as to what "early" would be.  We decided to drive to the Floral expressions hoping to get the Christmas gift -  they were closed at 2 pm.  No note on the door -- nothing.  Not at all impressed with the service (lack of service) which was given.  I will make sure the sender never uses them again. Flowers by Louise was the Florist my son used for Mothers Day and the boquet was absolute beautifil -- Use them instead!
