I got a crown and old feeling replacement. So far so good. The only thing I'd suggest is to offer a lip balm to help with dry lips. (Especially when procedure takes more then an hour)

I called mid-morning after shopping around for a new office to restore my filling which came out the afternoon prior. I had a bad filling put in two months ago, and a follow up diagnostic that sent me home without any explanation of to why I was in pain (at a different dental office). Then my filling came out and I was left in even more pain and exposed pulp. I'm an uninsured 20-something college student with a pretty limited income, so the work that I have done on my teeth is mostly preventative and I have to save for each visit so I can pay in full. I was wary when I called to even get a foot in the door because the focused evaluation and x-rays would cost me $202.00, but Candace at the front desk said I could sign a patient release form and the doctors would examine my x-ray from my previous clinic cost-free while I got my budget sorted.  I called back and in several hours they had me seated in a chair and numbed up. They filled my cavity and I expressed concern that I would need to wait in order to have the cavity filled because I could not afford the total cost in full. My dental assistant worked some magic and I was able to get my filling done and agree to pay 60% of the rest unpaid bill by the end of the month. PHEW! They were concerned about the health of the tooth, and saving it from further decay and made me feel taken care of.  When it comes to service, the Dr. Tudor was very friendly and thorough. He was constantly communicating with the assistant which made me feel at ease (because in the last place I had this tooth filled, there was little to no dialogue). It also gives the patient a heads up on what's going on. They played Pandora and gave me a choice for tunes, and numbed me VERY thoroughly in the right areas so that I could still speak.   When it comes to pricing, they're about average. The filling cost me $272.00. Again, being a college student who works part-time, it was a little steep for my budget, but worth it when it comes to good oral health. They also offer Credit Care.  Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience here. Everyone is working together, and you can see good, positive support between the staff. I will be coming back to get regular cleanings and an extraction, and  turn this into "the one", after doing a lot of back-and-forth.

I go to Premier and so do my kids, they are very patient with the children.  Excellent work on both the crown and on some previous fillings.

The entire experience was exceptional, considering no one likes going to the dentist. I was the first in the family to try the IV sedation dentistry. It didn't work for me, but it did for my husband. We have switched dentists based on the entire dental experience. I can't say enough good things. Even if you are scared, go see him.

The hygienists are very friendly and thorough, not only cleaning your teeth, but looking at your overall dental/gum/tongue/mouth health.  They appear to have the right balance between repairing cracks, cavities, and fillings that are starting to fail and holding off on unnecessary work that is questionable.  I have had several visits where they have identified areas of concern, but place it on a watch list and hold off for years before doing something.  All of the Staff is friendly.  They have been very accommodating with my schedule and if they have to reschedule, they really work to find a place to fit you in as soon as possible.  I have never had a problem with billing at their office either.  It is just always a positive experience.  I have had crowns and fillings performed at their office too.  Although it is never an enjoyable experience, they really do their best to make it as pain-free and comfortable as possible.  They seem to have the latest in equipment and I have a high degree of confidence in the competence of the whole staff.

    Ersland, Dr. Nile
I have been seeing Dr. Erlsand for ten years and have always been pleased. He is an artist with anesthetic and does wonderful work repairing teeth. He is kind and considerate and a good communicator. He recently put porcelain crowns on my top six teeth and the result was so beautiful I couldn't believe it. I wish I'd done it years ago. I recommend Dr. Ersland highly for general and cosmetic dentistry.

I started seeing Dr. Brett Gardiner at Williams Dental Care in the summer of 2009 after not having been to a dentist in 7+ years. The dentist and his staff were warm, welcoming and seem genuinely interested in providing the best care possible. I've had 5 visits so far, and Dr. Gardiner and his staff never fail to impress me with their professionalism. Their administrative staff are also friendly and knowledgable and I've never had an issue with a claim to my insurance. Insurance claims are filed every day so my claims are processed very quickly with my insurance provider. Also, I find that Williams Dental care's fees are very reasonable, especially for dental work in Alaska.

    Easley, Dr. Kevin M.
I checked in a couple of minutes late, the receptionist smiled and said hello, and the hygienist came and brought me in before I could really start reading any of the magazines or newspapers available in the waiting area. Tina reviewed my medical history for changes, and proceeded to do ultrasonic and manual cleaning of all my teeth as usual. About an hour later, I checked out, scheduled my next quarterly cleaning, and left. I have a primary and secondary insurance which usually cover just about everything, so there was no copay requested. There is no hard-selling of cosmetic procedures or cleaning supplies, etc. although some are available.

What a great visit! I was expecting to be harassed for not seeing a dentist routinely OR being advised that most of my teeth needed to be redone/root canal/capped.(I.e. Reach for your wallet) The hygienist was awesome. Dr Jamie Lykes was personable, professional and helpful. She seemed to want to provide minimal dentistry, vice soaking me for lots of work that I'm sure another dentist would have done. She provided great referral to an endodontist, who fixed a problem that I've lived with for 15 years. I returned to Aurora again to have a permanent filling put in, and Dr Scott Lykes tended to me. Again, personable and professional. I am so happy to have finally found a great practice.

My experience with Dr. Michael Charles overall has been very good. I have been going to him for a couple of years. What specifically stands out to me is a clean office, professional and just a well kept place.
