    DENALI AUCTION CO
It's refreshing in Anchorage winter or summer, to meet a "great one"! the true meaning of "Denali" means 'The great one", or what is Alaska surplus in Auction marketing. owners management is remarkably timely, going beyond the small business model, into the larger scene without delay! very hard to find this great Alaskan spirit, these days. employees in a new smoothing out of operations, fine tuning customer reach out, and service. where will you find another helpful family of auctioneer, office and vehicle quality turnover? let's be clear, other Auctions have no match skills, or timeliness to offer, exceptionally uncommon to be with Denali Auction LLC. let's all smile and share some local business help. enough said!      He said he could sell them on Ebay.  We talked for about 6 weeks about selling my belongings.  I was concerned about being ripped off.  Finally I agreed to let him sell my expensive electronics.  I made up a list and I gave him the electronics.   He never placed anything on Ebay.  He promised he would let me decide what I wanted to sell.  I found out that he took my belongings and placed them in a flea market for sale.   He kept saying he didn't know where my belongings were.  He said his father in law had my things, but he wouldn't give me a name or phone number.  He made up excuses.  He is a modern day bandit, con artist and thief.  I never received one penny, and I never received most of my belongings. I had been to the emergency room three times--he basically took advantage of a sick woman. When I first met him, I had been laid off and had no way to support myself. I was trying to sell some of my belongings so I could start a new life. I have still not seen any of my $10,000 worth of belongings that he had of mine. He put on a facade that he was a stand up guy with a wife working in the school system, and a family man. After he got my things, he turned into an evil man that only wanted to steal from me. I have since never recovered financially. If he would have given me any of my things back, I probably could have turned things around. If you have anything to sell, do it yourself, or you will never see any of your money again.

    ALASKA CERTIFIED APPRAISAL SVC
Due to cracks in one portion of the house (resulting from a 5.3 quake 6 years ago) he determined the house had structural problems.  At his recommendation a professional structural engineer was hired and the appraiser agreed to await the engineers report before submitting his appraisal.  When the engineers report came in it identified "no problem".  The appraiser however did not wait from the engineers report as promised and his appraisal came out substantially below his comparatives which obviously was based on this (unsupported) structural concern.  When the appraiser was questioned about this he became very combative.  The tax assessor,  the structural engineer and the bank loan officier concurred that the appraisal appeared atleast about $100M low.  In addition to the appriasers costs, he has cost me an additional $5000.

They agreed that I could take anything from my shipment from Alaska.  I went there at least 8-10 times, and they kept giving me excuses as to why I couldn't access my belongings.  There excuses ranged that the wife wasn't there, they were about to close, or they didn't have the tables ready.  They placed my things outside in the grass.  None of my furniture was assembled, and when they sold it, they sold it extremely cheaply.  I feel I was ripped off and manipulated.  I wasn't able to take any of my belongings, and some of my belongings that weren't suppose to be in the auction were placed in the auction.   I feel they are a dishonest company.
