  • I went to Dr. Vermillion's office with what felt like tendonitis in my achilie's. He ordered an xray -done in his office- and looked at my ankle. He told me it was an inflammation but that I could save myself a lot of time and money by getting some really good custom orthotics -which he doesn't sell (thankfully). He has a great bedside manner and I appreciated the fact that, as a surgeon, he didn't immediately say "let's do surgery." I've since had orthotics designed and my pain has all disappeared . . . unless I run without them in my shoes.

  • I have not had any problems since the surgery. He and his staff were always fine, courteous and friendly. I was thankful that I did not have any infections afterwards. I had a nice, clean and steady recovery just like he had outlined in my recovery plan. I did not have any problems with him during the whole time.

  • The staff were friendly and kind. When Dr. Vermillion came into the exam room he was friendly, kind and professional. He told me that I did not need surgery. He said that I would eventually need knee replacement surgery due to the severity of my arthritis. Dr. Vermillion said that he would give me a cortisone shot. I am terrified of needles. His assistant held my hand while he injected me with the cortisone. It did not hurt that much. My knee is much better but still need his services. Dr. Vermillion is wonderful.

  • It worked out great, and it's working like a charm. He was really excellent and he was the only one my Federal Blue Cross and Blue Shield would allow as a net provider. I love him. I have to have my right hip replaced and he'll do it as soon as I'm up to it.

  • Dr. Richard Mcevoy was able to work with her in the different things that would come up throughout getting ready for the surgery and following the surgery. They have physical therapy in the same building to follow through which needs to happen for recovery. Dr. Richard Mcevoy's demeanor is fairly good and he communicates well. Their billing and administration continues to work with us.

  • First doctor I saw before Dr. Frost (another clinic) seemed unsure of his diagnosis of my knee, and I didn't believe him. Dr. Frost's explanation of what was going on in my knee made sense to me. He was not quick to inject me with something like the other doctor. In fact, he wasn't trying to "push" any particular medical treatment - he explained what he thought, was honest about the chances of success if we did do a procedure, and recommended that I just do some physical therapy and see if it gets better before jumping into an invasive procedure. Good bedside manner. Was a doctor that earned my trust.

  • Dr. Prevost's bedside manner isn't fantastic, but he is a wonderful surgeon. Let me put it this way. Up here in Alaska, he is the only that can redo knees that have already been replaced. My knee has been replaced twice. The last time, because of my age, he cemented the knee in. In Alaska you have to wait for all specialists. The amount of people we have is greater than the physicians available so it's difficult to rate availability. The office gets the bills out really well. I have an appointment with Dr. Prevost next week.

  • He was recommended to me and he is excellent. I got in quickly. Everything was the way I expected; the x-rays were looked at. I went to physical therapy for a while and within a month it was completely taken care of.

  • He is really good. He did both the knees at the same time. He started the procedure on Wednesday and by Friday at 4 o'clock my husband was back home. My husband was able to walk up 7 steps at the house with no assistance after Dr. Kavanaugh replaced his knees. They sent a therapist to the house for work for 2 weeks but they would not send a nurse because I myself was a nurse. He has had the most non-problem recovery. I recommended him to quite a few people. I would use him again in the future.
