    The entire job was done as expected. Mike Almaleki , the owner came always time, had experienced crew helping him, finished the entire job right on time and per agreed upon job estimate. He left our place very clean too. He also finished few tasks at no cost to me. I found him very reliable, knowledgeable and customer focused. I will not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to others. Good man!

    The magnets are huge and beautiful. They turned out far better than we hoped for. The setup cost was a lot. Ordering them online would have been significantly cheaper but I wanted to spend the money locally. Also online would not have saved the work. Now I don't pay a set up fee again. I just pay for product I need with that same logo. Fast and friendly service and of course LOCAL. Very happy.

    I had some initial trouble getting a quote via email, but when I finally called them I got things moving. I was able to drop off the item and get it repaired the same day. Price was reasonable and the gold finish looked as good as the rest of the item. Professional and quality work at a reasonable price.

    They make promises, take my money each month to fulfill the promises, and have yet to fulfill the promises and it's been a couple years now. I would say they have had plenty of time, and they have certainly taken my money each month.

    This was a horrible experience.  On the home page of the Tricities Property Management website there is a quote that reads "Your Investment is our Top Priority" this is the farthest from the truth.  I dealt with Laura Juteau who was initially very professional, but as our business relationship grew she became less and less professional.  She would show up to scheduled meetings late, I would leave her voicemails to contact me on my cell phone and she would call my work phone.  Eight months into the lease the renters she had selected for my home broke their lease and left the home in a terrible state.  I decided to sell the home because it wasn't netting me much of an additional income and was becoming more of a pebble in my shoe.  When I walked in the door for the first time since the tenants moved out I was horrified, but I was quickly reassured that everything would be restored to how it was.  This was not the case.  Some of the problems were fixed, but there were still numerous little repairs that Laura and her "handy man" simply over looked.  The two broken door knobs were replaced with much cheaper versions that don't even match the rest of the home.  The walls are still dirty and when the maintenance man came to repair the holes in the wall he simply didn't paint over the white plaster spots.  There was damage to the base board trim and that was not replaced or repaired, and to top it off the renters walked away with a third of their deposit.  When I expressed my frustration I was simply told "that?s what happens when you rent."  Additionally there were numerous communication problems along the way.  If you are a prospective renter this may be the company for you, but if you are a property owner and you want to rent your home, do not trust this company!  They do not have your best interest at heart.

    The radio had a bad volume control and they diagnosed the problem and ordered the part for it. The wrong part came in and then they found out the part was no longer available and they didn't charge me anything. They've also done other work in the past and I've had no complaints about the quality of work. They are very professional and very friendly. They are in an excellent location for me. The people working there are really good. I was actually able to talk to the repair person to make sure that he understands what the complicated problem is because it has been real complicated in the past. I've got a huge electronic background, heating background, so I am able to talk their language and that really helps.

    I've had a service contract with Campbell to check my HVAC since 2010. My house was built in 93, I got 20 yrs. on my Rheem heat pump and furnace which is pretty d*** good. My last service visit in March 2013 the tech told me that I can spend $1000.00 to keep it running and I'd probably be spending that much or more in the future to keep it going. My heat pump controller was just about shot, the points were wore almost to nothing where they couldn't be adjusted anymore. That's a $500.00 bill. My Freon pressure was low by quite a bit, another $300.00 bill, plus they'd have to do a pressure/leak test another $300.00. Can you see where's this going? My compressor was on it's last legs and the fan was eating itself up, metal flakes around the shaft. That's another $1500.00. So I had a choice, band aid the system till total failure or get a new system. I set up an appointment with Campbell that day for an estimate. Kerry the service rep gave me 3 options. Replace the heat pump with a dry pump with the old furnace, $3500.00. When either failed I'd have to get a new system. Remember the furnace is 20 yrs. old. 2nd choice was a middle of the road system that would cost $6300.00 plus tax, so I'm looking at 7K, not eligible for any rebates, 5 yr. warranty . 3rd option was a top of the line system. With the PUD and Fed rebates of $1200.00 it came to 8K and the warranty is 10 years. I checked around and I came up with several competing bids. Everyone was close on the bids but I feel pretty comfortable with Campbell. So I set up for the 22nd to take the old out and the new in.
    The crew got here at 8:15 and started in. They worked their a**** off. I was very impressed. They laid tarps down from the front door to the attic access in my bedroom closet. There was one crew working on the attic furnace and another working on the outside heat pump. They had everything tore out in 3 hrs. The attic crew did a lot of sheet metal work for the new furnace, they also laid down and secured 3/4" plywood  for the furnace so it's easy to change out the filter. Which I won't have to do cause I'm keeping the service contract and the tech will change it.

    The guys kept me informed through the whole process, no question was to stupid. I'd hire these guys in a second and I highly recommend this company.

    The attendant appears to prefer not to be bothered to help her customers. the price per unit is higher than most storage facilities in the area. I chose to use this facility because of convenience of location. After a year of using this facility while on vacation I realized that I had failed to make a payment. I called my daughter while I was still on vacation to make the payment. The attendant told my daughter that they were in the process of putting my stuff up for auction. I had received no notification of this. When I got home about 10 days later I had a registered letter from the storage facility that said that they tried to contact me by phone and mail. THERE WERE NO MESSAGES LEFT ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE NOR ANY INDICATIONS OF A CALL ON MY CALLER ID. The earliest letter I received was about two weeks prior to the registered letter. The treatment I received was too harsh.
