AThe team was great! They worked efficiently & effectively. As our household was being moved to storage, they wrapped every item carefully. Several items were disassembled for safe storage and they wrapped and marked all pieces.- Cheryl L.

FI received a phone call as this company was looking for customers and since I needed a new roof on my storage room/carport (approximately 560sq.ft.) I set an appointment for an estimate. The estimater showed up on time gave me his business card and stated that he would get the estimate to me in a few days. After a week passed without any estimate I called the office phone# but no answer, then called the # on my caller ID from their original canvas call, no answer on that phone either. Finally I called the estimaters phone and left a message. It has been months now and still no response from this company. Obviously there is something wrong with this company.- Diane B.

AVery well! Young Jack and his excellent 3-man crew (J,J, and T) arrived on time, were very careful in moving furniture, going around corners, etc. All polite and professional. Would call them again in an instant.- Sondra N.

AThe staff at Price were very friendly and helpful. The reservation process was very straightforward. It can get a little congested in the load/unload area if there are more than about 3 or four cars/trucks at the same time.- Steve B.

AIt costs $95 a month, and that is for a 10 wide by 15 deep shed. It is a remote secure area. It has a lot of camera. It has a person who lives on site. Any time I had any issues like a lock freeze up I went in and talked to him and he came out and removed it for me. They have just been good. I would go A all the way down. I would continue to use them.- Kenneth C.

AThe moving team did a great job with my move
as I am a disabled person and they made the move
stress free. The crew was very professional,
friendly, fast and thorough. Nothing was broken or lost.
They also arrived promptly. I will recommend this company
to others.- Susan K. -
AWe needed to make an interstate move, and what we discovered how it works is that you have local movers which have agreements with National movers. The local movers came and moved stuff out, and then they transferred it to a large moving van which was going to Tuscon. They underbid everybody, their price was very good. We didn't have any bad issues. They did a good job of making sure the stuff arrived a few days after we arrived.- Michael T.

FWorse experience we've ever had dealing with a company of any sort. A diamond ring went missing on the day the packers were in our house. Multiple items were broken upon receipt of goods. Extremely poor communication between local company and drivers, so they ended up taking an extra day to load the truck, and still couldn't get everything on one truck. No one told us half of our stuff was left behind until the first shipment arrived at our new house. Never could get an answer from the local office or national about when we would get our second shipment, everyday it was a different answer. Phone calls would never be returned, we had to call everyday to try to find out any information. When finally our second shipment arrived a month late, multiple items were broken and expensive rugs had clearly been soiled by inadequate wrapping. The final kicker was when we called them to come pick up our empty boxes and packing paper, and we were told it would cost $150. We had been promised this service was included in original estimate, even the driver of the first truck reminded us to call when unpacked, and still they wouldn't budge because it wasn't "written on the contract." We decided to take a whole Saturday ourselves recycling our boxes rather than give them one more cent of ours. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

AThis is probably the best run and cleanest self-storage facility I've ever seen. We rented a unit from them in early May and have been extremely pleased at the owners' attention to detail and their concern for renters' security. This is a gated facility with 24-hour access. Codes are required to open the gate, but each code is keyed to the unit you've rented. If someone gets in on a different code and tries to open your unit, alarms will sound. The first time we put things in our rental unit, we didn't lock the door correctly and got a phone call from the owners telling us the unit wasn't secure. We weren't too worried because any attempt to open our door when we weren't there would have sounded an alarm. The owners are responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this facility.

FIt is one of the reasons why I have been using Angie's List. They are horrible. I will never use them again in the future. Everybody should know that this place is a huge mistake. I have never been to a place as bad as this one in 55 years of living. They should be reported, and I have already reported them to BBB. They overcharged me for 2 months of service, when they knew I had moved out, and then it took my bank 3 months to get my money back from them. My unit was flooded because of bad roof repair, and most of my furniture was ruined, and if it wasn't for the fact that I was paying insurance, I would have lost it all. This place is a rock bottom zero, and it is mainly because of the manager.- Scott C.
