Provider name locked. is the owner of Southwest A/C. He did an extensive inspection inside the attic for insufficient insulation and leaks, readings on power draw. I had been dealing with a high electricity bill, and he diagnosed it right away. Unfortunately my warranty company was hard to deal with and wanted to have one of their maintainers to check it out. (See my review on Provider name locked. 's A/C) Because of Provider name locked. 's uneducated and outright unprofessional diagnosis, it took another 6 month to convince my warranty company to come back out and let Provider name locked. do the service and replace what was bad. Had it not been for Provider name locked. , the other company would have charged only $818, but they would have stuck in used parts and I'd still be stuck with a high electricity bill. ($450 compared to what is now $110). Provider name locked. is super reasonable and runs a very honest business. I cannot recommend him enough.

The service went great. Provider name locked. came out for the service and completed it in about 3 hours. He was able to repair refrigerator but the microwave was not repairable. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was persistent in figuring out the issue even though it was not easy. He did a great job and I had no problem scheduling the service.- Ana S.
The 1st call in Feb. took 3 visits and over a 10 days and they did not repair it. This was during our coldest days. We called and told the company that it still wasn't repaired and they never returned the call. Had to call another firm and it took him about 5 minutes.
2nd call was a dishwasher and that took 2 calls and all it needed was to be unplugged and restarted as it was a computer problem.
The 3rd call was our 2 year old air conditioning unit. When we ask the home warranty people NOT to send Provider name locked. out they did anyway. Many calls and visits including one with the main tech it still would not cool. When my husband called the company they hung up on him. Another company came out and repaired a valve and it has been fine.
We are not happy with Choice Home Warranty and certainly not with Provider name locked. .
