  • Phyllis Ealy is the best aesthetician in Arizona. I have been going to her for professional services for over fifteen years. Others in her field do not come close to her wealth of expertise and knowledge. Phyllis is meticulous and pays great attention to detail. Her advanced knowledge of currently available procedures and treatments is impressive and the cleanliness of her business is top notch. My favorite treatment is a facial. When I leave, my skin feels hydrated and looks radiant! I get compliments about the way my skin looks on a regular basis.

  • The girl who gave me the massage was tender and understanding, very knowledgeable and a sweet person. She said I could book appointments and request whomever I chose.  She was very pleasant.

  • The staff throughout the entire process were all very courteous.  The therapist was very helpful in talking about my needs and what she would do.  She always assessed my comfort level throughout the session and I can certainly say the therapist did her job exactly.  She worked on all my troublesome spots and I walked out feeling tons better than when I walked in.  The services were definitely very well done!
The downside came when it came time to pay.  When I went to the website I was under the impression that as a first time customer I would be offered and would pay the $79.99 fee for a 90-minute massage.  After the massage was over, I was told that there is a membership that is offered that is $59.99 per month and that gives you a 60-minute massage each month.  However, as she continued to explain I realized that it was $59.99 per month PLUS the actual cost of any massage over the standard 60 minutes.  There was also a $40 enrollment fee that would be waived if I signed up that very instant.  When I asked whether the membership was a contract -- the girl said, "Yes!"  In other words, I'd be locked in for $59.99 per month for 12 months.  That's what turned me off and I decided I'd pay the fee for the 90-minute massage for that day.  However, the $79.99 for the 90-minute massage was the introductory price if you became a member and therefore the $40 enrollment fee was waived off of the $119.99 non member rate! This means that when I didn't agree to enroll as a member the $40 was charged and I paid the "normal" non-member rate of $119.99 -- plus the tip.  After I paid up, the girl did tell me that they offer 3-month or 6-month pre-paid plans too, but there's a $40 enrollment on those.  The other FYI was that my membership could be frozen for up to 6 months or that if I didn't take advantage of the 1-hour massage that came w/ my monthly membership fee that I wouldn't lose it.
It was really bothersome to find out that after getting great service I was being sold a spa membership.  That the fee for a 90-minute massage was at least 25% over what could otherwise be paid from other local massage locations or from private massage therapists.  There was never pressure to buy, but it was certainly a turnoff that the whole "truth in advertising" came out to be with "somewhat truth in advertising."
    I probably won't be returning.

  • First of all, I have to say that I only went to this location twice and then I moved and now I got to the Speedway location.
At the Speedway location, I go to Tammy.  Tammy really listens and she gets my color just right.  I love the fact that they have this big table to sit at while you wait for your color.  It's so nice to have a place to put your drink and magazine instead of balancing in your lap!
The area where they wash your hair is dark and relaxing.  They always get a great head massage too!
Being so close to the University, I thought it would be filled with college kids, but I was pleasantly surprised to find all ages!
So far this is the best salon that I have found in Tucson, highly recommend although some feel it is too pricey, I moved from Chicago and feel that this is pretty inexpensive

  • Heddi offers professional massage services in a nice quiet environment. She has helped me with several sports injuries and will give excellent references to physicians if necessary. I have no negative comments at all. Her location is very convenient to where I live but I'd travel much farther if need be. I have many friends that use her services. She offers other classes such as yoga and stretching which I have not used but am sure they are beneficial. I continue to get a massage every 2 weeks just because I feel that it benefits my general health.

  • It's been the best I've ever been to. Heddi Gambale, the massage therapist, is the best. She has packages that you can buy where you get 6 massages for the price of 5. She is extremely knowledgeable about the human body. She's a licensed therapeutic massage therapist. She does Swedish massage, lymph drainage massage, hot stone therapy, i think it's called. Her clients range from young to old and she has some really aging customers and she really does a great job for them. I know a couple of people that go to her as well. She also teaches, she has like basic yoga lessons in a studio and it's one-on-one. They're kind of a gentle yoga strength and stretch classes and those are 1 hour for $15. She's really professional and she's really good on what she does. She explains everything and she's just really very good, a very pleasant person too. I've gone to other massage therapists and she's by far and away the best.

  • I feel that it must be my skin and not the person's fault, but one eyebrow would not take the color. I came back and they tried to fix it. My friend had hers done and they are perfect.

I would highly recommend them none-the-less because they are a classy place. All of the people who work their are high class.

They are very courteous. They are exceptional.

  • It is a local chain in the Tucson area. They have excellent technicians. The facility is attractive. They are good at keeping their schedules. The staff is friendly, and the environment is excellent. They are punctual and available. I would use this provider again.

  • I think he's a very good doctor, reasonably so. Since I don't have any other doctor in that field, it would be difficult for me to give him an exact grade. I liked him. His staff is very nice. He is a very nice person to deal with. He gives you written instructions.
