I called to get pricing for a home warranty plan, and Provider name locked. answered. I asked about the different plans and from the very start his Provider name locked. was very demeaning. He was very impatient in answering my questions. I asked for a supervisor and told the supervisor that that is last thing I expect from a sales representative. You'd think that they would be more approachable since they are trying to sell you something. Provider name locked. even said that there's nothing wrong with his Provider name locked. and that all his customers accept his Provider name locked. for what it is. But to me it's very disrespectful and demeaning. I am not even filing a claim yet and I am already having problems with them. He might be just one employee, and hopefully, there are more helpful people in that business but I am taking my business somewhere else! I am not even going to take a Provider name locked. with them.- Bel F.
This company discriminates against senior citizens and disabled veterans. They work with the worst service providers, offer no assistance in timely repairs, and do not return phone calls. Every broken appliance, every broken repair has been a nightmare.

We had nearly full warranty coverage but were never happy with them. What they do is contract with a local contractor to fix whatever it is you need fixing that is covered by the warranty. There is a deductible. Ours was $50 at the time we dropped them. We discovered much to our dismay that the contractors they used were the cheapest they could find and the contractors used rebuilt parts on some occasions. You, the customer, do not get to choose who fixes or replaces broken covered appliances. Mostly, we had A/C problems and were never happy with the contractor they sent. They never would provide preventative maintenance or preventative replacements. All claims had to be for things that broke down and then they only did the bare minimum to get the item up and running. Your best bet is to put the money you would spend on this aside and use it to fix things as they needed fixing. I would never use Provider name locked. again. Never.
