  • I was looking to buy a wallbed so of course I looked at the other store in town and then called Provider name locked. .  He was very nice and his prices were better, but still a bit more than I could afford.  After talking to him he called me back and mentioned he had a month old slightly used bed and he would sell to me with a new mattress for a much better price.  He was able to come by my house the next weekend to measure to make sure it would fit.  I ended up changing my mind on what I wanted and added a few extras to the side fixtures.  He built the rest of the unit and was ready to install in less than 2 weeks.  He called to set up a time and had it installed even helped me clean out the old room in about an hour.  I love it and would definitely recommend him and his wife.  Very nice and I like buying local.  Not easy finding good quality craftsmanship anymore and customer service to go along with it.

  • Ed Provider name locked. , the store manager, was very knowledgeable of his entire stock of beds and very straight forward about the characteristics of each mattress set.  He clearly defined the pros and possible cons of each and did an expert job of matching us to the queen size mattress set that was most compatible with our individual preferences in a mattress.  The sale price was attractive and we even received an additional discount on an upgraded, better quality bed frame.  The bed was delivered as promised and assembled in a professional manner.  Having used our new mattress now for over a month, we can attest to the fact that it was the mattress for us and we are very happy with it.  Ed knows his product and can be fully trusted to identify the best mattress set for you.  Without hesitation, before enduring one more night on your saggy old mattress, go to Provider name locked. .

  • times and have nevceFirst off, I have wrote more positive reviews of companies on Angies List than I have written negative reviews.  Unfortunately I have to write a negative overall review of Provider name locked. .  My sales experience with the Provider name locked. Gallery salesperson was very positive and I am sure if my follow up issues would have been managed by him I would not have any issues. 
    My couch and chair were delivered mid December by the Provider name locked. delivery crew.  The crew that delivered my furniture obviously have never been trained in any type of customer service.  The couch arrived like I would expect a new couch to arrive, wrapped in plastic and protected during shipping.  The chair on the other hand showed obvious signs of being previously demoed or used.  The chair was not wrapped in plastic and the cushion appeared used with leather scuffs and not firm like the couch cushions were even though they were from the same company and collection.  There were what appeared to be silver sharpie Provider name locked. all over the leather and they did not come off easily.  I pointed these issues out to teh driver and he acted like I was wasting his time and finally he went out to the truck and got some sort of aerosol cleaner (not sure if it was something that should be used on the leather)  he sprayed the spots and scrubbed vigorously for quite a bit till they came off.  The driver told me that it could of been marking chalk, if that is the case they are using sharpies not a grease pencil/chalk and secondly that is horrible quality control by the manufacture.
    Within a week or so after delivery my wife noticed that the couch had places where the stiching was coming apart.  I called Provider name locked. and brought up both the couch issues and the chair issues.  To Provider name locked. credit they sent someone out to my house and inspected the couch and chair and told my wife the couch would have to be replaced and that they would bring the chair issues up to the gallery manager.  That was in January, it is now March 8 and I have followed up with Provider name locked. customer service at least two times since then.  Each time I talked to them there were promises that they would call me back and to this date I have yet to receive a call back.  I don't really get the idea that Provider name locked. has an idea what is going on with my case and for customer service not to have an idea that is pretty scary.
    In addition to the couch and chair, I bought the extended warranty protections but if they stonewall you and never take care of the issues on the furniture it really isn't worth the paper the warranty is written on. 
    The summary is Provider name locked. is great at selling you things but terrible when they need to take care of quality control issues.
