After Mr. Provider name locked. arrived at our home, he took measurements and quoted us a price at that time. We had obtained multiple quotes from other local contractors as well.
We compared the estimates and settled on Provider name locked. . We found Mr. Provider name locked. to be knowledgeable and experienced and his price was fair and reasonable.
We selected the tile, informed Mr. Provider name locked. of our choices and he placed the order with a local tile company. My husband and I went to the tile company and paid for the tile purchase. The plan was then that Mr. Provider name locked. or his employee would pick up the tile on the day of installation.
Mr. Provider name locked. arrived on the installation day along with his employee, Provider name locked. . He went over various details concerning the job. Provider name locked. began working the same day, removing the existing carpet which Provider name locked. would dispose. Provider name locked. was working alone at this time. However, on day 2 and 3 of the job, Provider name locked. 's father would arrive on the site to assist with cutting, etc. Throughout the job, Mr. Provider name locked. would stop by late in the afternoon to check on the progress, etc.
On the last day, Provider name locked. and his father completed the job mid-afternoon (around 2pm-ish) and later, Mr. Provider name locked. arrived to do one final inspection and collect payment.
We are very pleased with the quality of work, promptness, responsiveness and overall professionalism displayed by all parties associated with Provider name locked. . We highly recommend Provider name locked. and would consider using this business again.

I cannot say enough good things about S & N tile to really do justice. Provider name locked. and his crew are great. They work fast, showing up on time and cleaning up when finished. We were in the middle of remodeling a complete kitchen and he was very helpful and agreed to work with us, giving us time to install the new kitchen and waiting until we were ready to complete the job by installing tile. Our daughter who lives next door used S & N for her complete tile replacement and it looks great. We decided to expand our project and will be having S & N install 3 additional rooms and back-splash as soon as we can settle on the choice of tile we will be using. You cannot find a better company for friendly, helpful and good quality work. I will send an updated review when the project is completed.

We decided to replace the carpet downstairs with laminate flooring and looked at several options, suppliers, and installers. We finally decided to use Provider name locked. because of the responsiveness through Angie's List, on the phone, via email and in person at the store, as well as when Provider name locked. visited our house to provide estimates.
On the day of install, we were a little concerned with the arrival time since I thought we had agreed to a specific time, but after calling the store, I realized that I may have misunderstood the agreement so that turned out not to be a significant as I thought. The 3-man crew came in and immediately started working. They moved furniture out, removed the existing carpet, padding, tack strips, glue and anything else from the existing flooring. The sub-flooring (concrete) was thoroughly cleaned and holes patched. Baseboards were removed and painted, padding/moisture Provider name locked. put in place, and laminate was installed, following by the T-moulding between the laminate and existing tile. Baseboards were replaced. Furniture was put back in place and everything was cleaned up and the old carpet, padding and trash were taken with them when they left.
It was a long day and they had to deal with a thunderstorm in the afternoon, but they were very professional in everything they did. I'm the type of person who watches work being done on my house so while I stayed with them, they didn't seem to mind and even answered questions I had about the entire process. They were meticulous and paid attention to the details also - some things I might have overlooked if I were doing this myself were handled and it didn't appear that any shortcuts were taken. Accurate cuts, very little waste.
It's been a couple of days since the install and we couldn't be happier with the result.
