  • Worst experience ever! I was told I needed two crowns ($4,000.00). One "permanent" crown kept coming out. I almost lost the crown four times!!!! I would never recommend this place. Don't waste your time or money here.

  • Could not get fillings or crown because office staff was so unpleasant and so unreasonable and unprofessional behavior was fully supported by Ronald Walker that they cancelled my appointment which was actually fine with me. Dr. Walker and his office staff have the worst customer service I have encountered probably ever at any doctor's office. Being a physician myself, this is quite a statement. The office staff called me to confirm my appointment 3 times within 2 hours during meetings that I had, severely disrupting my work. When I was able to answer the phone, I asked if they would not call so frequently, and the woman was very rude and said that she would not call as much as long as I returned her call within two hours. I told her that I would return her call when I had the opportunity and that it was not at all reasonable to give me such a deadline for returning a phone call. She also said that if I did not meet her deadline that she would cancel my appointment. Her demeanor and attitude was entitled and demanding and offered zero customer service, courtesy, or regard for the patient whatsoever. Dr. Walker refused to speak to me to address this issue. If anyone wants to actually be treated with respect and to receive quality patient care, you should go somewhere else. It is no surprise that Dr. Walker's reviews on Google, Yelp, Healthgrades, and all of the other similar websites have many 1 star reviews. By the way, Ronald Walker has 2 complaints lodged with the Better Business Bureau. I should have looked this up before I ever made my first appointment.

  • 1. I was satisfied but not impressed with the way work was done. 2. Dr Davenport did a poor job explaining why certain treatments were necessary. Responding to my question if he couldn't do a less expensive treatment he said that if I didn't like his suggestions I should look for a different dentist. So I did.

  • I am so grateful to have found Dr. Steinberg. He does excellent work and helped me overcome my fear of dentists. He, his dental assistants, and his entire staff were very patient and caring during the entire process. They carefully explained everything to me during the course of treatment. Finally, after all these years in pain and fear, I can smile again.

  • Very impressed. The hygienist was very good and explained everything she was doing. The office staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Gold was very professional and personable. Would definitely recommend him.

  • The crown lasted just 14 months before it started to chip off at the base, and came off. By that time, I had moved out of state, and when I contacted the office manager for reparation, I was put off, and told she would call me back. She requested x-rays, which were sent to them, but when I talked to her later, she couldn't find them in my file. By that time, she had moved to a different Associated Dental Office, and there was a new office manager at the Ina Road office. When I tried to talk to the new office manager, she was "not available". When I did finally reach her, she was snippy with me, and told me that the panel of dentists who reviewed the case said there was "Nothing they can do" because I am a "grinder". One of the two dentists who reviewed the case was Dr. Asadi, who put on the crown. Of course, he thought it was a good crown! I wear a night guard, on Dr. Asadi's recommendation, and have used it since that crown was put on. None of my other crowns has chipped or come off. I have multiple crowns on my teeth, and I have never had one, before this, last under 15 years. Most have lasted 20 years. I filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General in March, and so far, no one from the Associated Dental office has responded. I went through all the procedures that their web site lists for amelioration, including writing to their Director of Operations in Chandler twice to explain the problem and give information. I was not allowed to speak to her, though I called numerous times to try to reach her. In addition, the web site gives no phone number for her. I had to get that from the original office manager. My new dentist showed me the x-rays of the crown Dr. Asadi put on, and of the new one I got to replace it from my new dentist, and the old one was lopsided and very short. The new one is level and taller, so it will stay on, instead of coming off. It felt right as soon as it was put on, and only a minor adjustment was needed. The cost of the new crown was only 2/3 of the cost that Associated Dental charged me for the poorly made and inferior crown.

  • I was in SO MUCH Pain caused by a Tooth Ache. Unfortunately I Do not have Dental Insurance and like many others not a millionaire. That being said I searched for affordable Dental and came across Cortaro Smiles on the internet. I was nervous and not excited about visiting the Dentist. I called yesterday afternoon asking what the office had as far as availability and if they accepted cash for those of us that do not carry insurance. I explained my situation I have been experiencing with my tooth ache and was delighted to hear they could get me in first thing this morning. After having X-Rays and a quick exam I was informed I need to have a root canel. The Doctor performed immediate care and gave me a temporary fix until I am able to receive the remaining work recommended. I appreciate the service I received greatly. I recommend Coratro Smiles to anyone looking for great service, Thank you! Tonya Gonzales...

  • Most beautiful and comfortable doctor's office I've ever experienced. Kid's play area. TV, books, magazines, and video game. Complimentary hot & cold teas and coffees. Complimentary travel size dental products. Ask about discount after you refer new patients. Was quoted $388 for full set of x-rays, exams, and cleaning. Call for quotes. Absolutely the BEST and FRIENDLIEST medical staff anywhere. They remember you, call you by name, and make you feel like they really care. I highly recommend if you have insurance or can afford to pay out of pocket. Can be hard to get an appointment, but they will call if there is a cancellation to fit you in.

  • Was told by 2 different dentists I needed a root canal and I had aarp which doesn't cover much insurance.  When it was over he didn't do the root canal and saved my tooth, its been 2 years now with no problems. Dentists make money and he could have made more with the root canal and didn't. This man is so honest and such a good DR. Kind ,patient and willing to work with you. His dental hygenist is soooo good. She has done it for years. She spent 2 hours on my teeth and they needed it. As a former addict, I messed up my teeth, thankfull I never lost any but my cleaning was a deep one. She was incredible and he came 2wice to check on me, at the beginning and at the end. Go to him you will walk away with feeling like you visited a dentist long ago when you were growing up, great man!
    Thank you,
    Irene Black

  • He walked unsteadily and looked ghastly as he entered the waiting room.  They were eager to open the door for us but I told him to sit down which he did.  His head dropped and he became unresponsive.  I suggested we get him on the floor for ease of blood flow. I asked if they had a blood pressure cuff which they didn't, then asked if they had oxygen.  They brought out a portable oxygen unit that had no way of measuring the percentage it contained. In fact,  the 4 people in the office did nothing on their own except look worried and dialing 911. His pulse ox  level after getting to the hospital, and being administered oxygen all the way there was 82, very low indeed.  He was admitted to the hospital where he remained for 3 days.
I wonder what would have happened if I were not there to pick him up.  There were 4 people there who should have some knowledge of first aid, but it was up to me to ask them what they had, what to do and who to call. They just stood immobile around me as I took care of things.
He has no memory of anything from the time he walked into the office until the first night in the hospital so I have no idea what happened in the exam room.  But I do know how he appeared as he came back and cannot imagine anyone in the medical field who would release a patient in that condition and have so little apparent knowledge of common sense first aid.  It was truly a horrible and now very expensive experience.  Do not go there.
