I had been trying to get someone to come to my home for over a year to repair the pool deck before we built our addition on a home my parent's own. I contacted four different companies and got estimates between 15,000 and 25,000 dollars...way over what I wanted to spend. I had decided to go with Provider name locked. 's and when we went to sign to contract, the representative did not even show up at the office. My sister recommended Provider name locked. as having done work in her neighborhood. I contacted him on Saturday and he showed up on Sunday. He chipped off the old pool deck, resurfaced it, and repainted it. He removed the diving board and rounded the pool deck over the Provider name locked. of the pool. It looks spectacular and he charged only $5500. That was $7000 less than Provider name locked. 's.
Since the work was so good and he was so professional, we hired him to put up a brick wall around our new home and pour a pad to put a hot tub on. The wall was built on a slight downhill slope, but it appears level with the house. He has been working with the builder to coordinate the finishing the floors. He has been extremely professional and quickly answers our calls. The floors are looking fantastic.
I highly recommend this company.

We are very satisfied with the completed job. The owner, Provider name locked. , showed up promptly at the time of the scheduled estimate appointment-two other vendors I had appointments with never even bothered to show up for their appointments.
He also showed up to do the job on time as well.
The work was performed exactly as Provider name locked. described it would be, at the exact cost that was quoted. The pool decking looks so much better than it did prior to the work done by Provider name locked. . It was very easy to work with Provider name locked. , due to his professionalism.
Overall, we are very happy with the job, and the experience of working with Provider name locked.

We hired Provider name locked. to install concrete flooring throughout our great room, foyer, kitchen, laundry room, and guest bath. Most of the area was already tiled, but there was one section of carpeting. Provider name locked. himself came to the house to discuss the process and to give us a bid. The bid arrived almost immediately. Provider name locked. invited us to his fabulous showroom with many examples of their work, where he spent a good deal more time with us to make sure that we understood the process his crew would use and to identify the color we wanted. The carpeting was removed and disposed of, and the cement floor underneath was ground smooth. The area was then built up to the level of the surrounding tile before concrete was overlaid on the entire area. The crew was fast and efficient, and also very pleasant. They made sure that I approved the color before applying it to the entire floor. The end result is gorgeous, and we get many compliments on it. The entire process took a week, but they had a large area to cover. It is a dusty, messy, and noisy process, but the result is worth it. It is important to allow the floor to cure (Provider name locked. ) for the requisite time before replacing furniture to ensure the best results. We are so pleased that we intend to have them do the floor in the rest of the house too.- Constance P B.
