AZ foundations came out and looked at the problem and said they don't do what my pergola needed. So then we found "The RepairAll Guys" and they pulled the pergola upright and made it sturdy. I really recommend these guys.

It went great! They are very busy and it took about 6 months from our initial call til completion....but they came when they were scheduled to come and Greg Andrews and his crew were awesome. They were professional..they knew their trade..they keep us informed about when they would arrive......they communicated very well about what they were doing..what work they’d be doing that day...explained the process ...and always made sure we understood....they never complained and work hard even though we had record heat.....great bunch of guys!!

Braden and Dallas had to dig up my backyard to replace the "big blue". They are very professional and easy to work with. I'm sure the plumbing work they did is excellent, but I'm also very impressed by the way they left my yard. I'm not usually delighted after plumbing experiences, but I am this time. I will definitely call them in the future for any other plumbing needs.

We were extremely satisfied with the work performed. Rod provided us with a reasonable price and guaranteed the job would be done within the following week. Crew showed up on time and was very professional. The work was done as proposed, job was efficiently done and crew cleaned up upon completion. I would use Pro Trenching again and recommend him to friends inquiring.

After pulling up the carpet in my house in Tucson, Arizona, I found a number of cracks in the slab. I asked Arizona Foundation Solutions for a quote for "crack stitching" and my AFS "solutions consultant" quoted me a price of $4,000 for 50 feet of crack stitching. I had no idea of what a fair price for such a job would be, but I was pressed for time, the solutions consultant was extremely friendly and personable and quickly won my trust, and I assumed that the AFS quote would at least be reasonable. So I agreed to the quote. Two AFS workmen showed up. Using a small hand-held compact circular saw, they cut 1-foot channels (the width and depth of the saw blade, and about 12" long) across the cracks at approximately 2-foot intervals, inserted paper-thin carbon-fiber pieces in the channels, filled the cracks in the slab and the cut channels with epoxy, let the epoxy dry, and ground down the excess epoxy with a hand-held grinder so the surface of the slab was smooth and flat. The work was well done but after I saw what the job actually involved, I was shocked at the price. The whole job took two people about 4 hours. The materials were not exotic or expensive. The job did not require skilled labor or expensive specialized equipment. Based on other jobs requiring comparable amounts of time, skilled labor, materials, and equipment (e.g. tree pruning by a crew of certified professional arborists), I estimated that the job should have cost no more than $1,000. I was sure that there must have been some mistake in the cost of the AFS quote, so I contacted the AFS solutions consultant with my concerns. He double-checked the price and assured me that the original quote of $4,000 was correct. I had agreed to that price, so I had no choice but to pay the full amount that we had agreed upon. In light of this experience, I will not use AFS again, and cannot recommend AFS to others. If I had it to do again, I think I would avoid "foundation solutions" companies and instead search among companies that do general concrete repair work. If you have the time and minimal handyman skills, you can easily by the necessary materials and tools, and do crack stitching yourself for far less than a "foundation solutions" company will charge.

They were on time. I got no choice. They answered my questions. I wasn't satisfied with the responsiveness. Like sending emails and letters, to try and get an response. I didn't care too much for that. It was kind of frustrating. It was after. I think they came out in July, and I didn't get it until six weeks. I guess that is reasonable. You have to send a couple of letters to the owner, and stuff like that. The actually work was done very well, except for the gutters. The actual coming out for the work was great. There was one person. I was on an tight time schedule. I had to have it done before the end of July, the last Friday in July. They had a tight time schedule, and they were agreeable. They were coming out of Phoenix, and after I signed the contract, and wanted the money then. The work took a couple of hours to complete. The gutters were another date. That was just the pvc pipe in the ground. It wasn't priced together, it was separated out. It was this much and that much. He left the area clean. He had to remove some of the carpeting to get the concrete, and did a good job and didn't butcher it, and I didn't care because it was the closet. He left the area very clean. It was called under-pinning. Its one word. He showed me the work he had done, and what it was going to do. He was nice and came on time.

The work was done on schedule, the work crew was terrific and clearly more than capable of doing the job. It took a bit longer than we originally thought, but it was absolutely great work. We did have a question the following spring about some water leakage around one of the windows. The response was very fast and very knowledgeable. They recognized the problem immediately... it was the manner in which the mulch had been placed around a bush just outside this window that was the problem. If we would re-arrange it, the problem would be solved. And they were absolutely right. No issues whatsoever with the windows. And they look so much better, too!

My friend originally recommended them then I found them on Angies List so I bought a special to have them come out. Adam & Brandon came out to do the work. I was very impressed with the job they did. The handyman who originally installed my new sink & disposal did not do the job correctly. The sink dropped down & the disposal was lose so when I used it water would come out of the band on the disposal. They braced up my sink underneath with boards to prevent it from dropping further. I was very impressed with the job that they did & will certainly recommend them & hire them in the future for any plumbing needs that I may have.
