Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. are terrific to work with: fast, friendly, conscientious, and reasonably priced. The end product was better than I imagined. Trust them to preserve your irreplaceable home movies.

I was very pleased the first time my wife and i met the owner of Provider name locked. . we decided to book him to do our video for the wedding. We were told that since May is the busy season we wouldn't get the video back for 8-12 weeks. We were ok with that. at about the 10 week Provider name locked. i called to check on the status and he informed me that he was really busy but it should be done soon. Since we live close by i asked him to call when it was done so i could pick it up rather then it being mailed. He said he would make a note on our file and would be sure to call when it was done so we could pick it up. at 12 weeks i called again and was then told that it will be 14 weeks. my wife called at 14 weeks and he promised it would be done that week. a week passed and we never heard from him. I left a few messages but never heard back. I was getting very frustrated at this point so i started calling every few days trying to reach someone. I finally got to speak to speak to his office manager today who said it was done and mailed out. It has been 16 and a half weeks since our wedding. He was very responsive before the wedding but it seemed like after the wedding it was close to impossible to reach him. If we were told from the start that it would be 16 weeks for the video we would have been fine with that but the fact that we were given deadlines that were never met and the lack of responsiveness on his part was very frustrating. After 16 and a half weeks we received the video. I was very disappointed in the quality. we could hear a lot of static and the video is constantly going in and out of focus. the video seems like it was done by an amateur. When we booked this vendor we got him for 5 hours. He mentioned that at the end of the five hours if some of the traditional wedding activities didn't occur before the time was up he would stay and we could then pay hour to hour. However once we got the video we realized that was not the case. He left before the Provider name locked. and bouquet toss. Over all i would not recomend this company for lack punctuality in returning calls and poor quality of the video.

I dropped off the VHS cassettes late one morning and was called to pick them up about 1:00 PM the next afternoon. The quality of the conversion was excellent. The price was lower than I had been quoted on the phone. One of the tapes was one we had custom made from fifty years of photos for my in-laws' Golden Wedding Anniversary. Provider name locked. went to the extra trouble of scanning the cover of that Provider name locked. and printing the cover design onto the DVD. Done with a smile and at no extra charge.- JOE & JUDY M.
