    Katrina was very friendly and asked if there were any specific areas that I wanted worked on.  As I hold much of my stress in my upper back and shoulders, we focused on that area.  She gave me a fantastic massage and the pressure she applied was just perfect.  I will be increasing the frequency of my massages based on this visit.  My only reason for the B in availability is because I can't ever seem to get a same day massage appointment on a weekend.  Sometimes I would like the flexibility to stop in on a Saturday afternoon.

    I haven't been to anyone besides Rachel because I was so happy with her treatment.  She's difficult to schedule (only weekdays, during the day).  I am open to trying other providers.  The front desk staff is very courteous and helpful to get the best value for your money.

    Owner is Rudoloh Saldan. Has owned other business in the area and shut them down with no warning. The office was a little dirty and the physician assistants I saw were not friendly. The front office girl could never get my name straight.

    After I made the appointment for the massage they told me their cancellation policy. (The do take your credit card number when you make the appointment.) It was so strict that I called up a few minutes later to cancel the appointment. I don't remember exactly, but it was something like if you cancel a couple days before your appointment they charge your credit card some amount. I did not feel comfortable with them having my credit card number and their strict cancellation policy and their eagerness to charge on my card if something comes up a couple days before the appointment, so I cancelled.

    It was difficult to make a phone reservation. It took a while to be connected to the spa and then the scheduler had a hard time booking my services on the computer and her attitude became short with me! The massage was relaxing but I didn't get much of a foot treatment. A little cream slathered on but it was supposed to be 25 minutes long. I originally went to the pool area to have lunch outside - it was a beautiful, sunny day but the Tiki bar attendant was playing light opera instead of and quot;islandand quot; or summer music. She never came to the table with a menu or asked if she could help us. We went inside to the restaurant. I ordered shrimp salad on a croissant. I received a croissant and what appeared to be ground up shrimp with a remoulade sauce so it was like a smear on the croissant. I won't ever order that again. Leaving the spa I stopped to make a reservation for the end of March. It took the scheduler about 20 minutes and she kept making mistakes. Finally I received a print out confirmation and left. Today, exactly one week later, I received a nasty call from the spa reminding me I was late for my appointment! I couldn't believe it. The reservation was messed up and the scheduler had to put me in for my March date. It is a beautiful resort and spa but the staff is not well trained and they tend to get snippy with the customer.

    Amazingly well! Not only did I leave with a radiant, stunning look but she took her time to show me how I could easliy follow the steps to appy the make up myself and get similiar results. I was astonished when In fact did do it myself a couple days later and did so well w minimal time. She talked me through each step and explained what each step accomplished.
    I have never bee a person to wear make up. I remember the heavy foundation in high school and just never cared for the weight and did not want to clog my pores. I was absolutly floored how light the make up felt on my face. In fact at the end of the day, I was sad to wash it before bed. Her products, Star Cosmetics are simply fabulous and add to it the personal one on one total attention Heather provides and you will realize the
    value of the time and money you spend.

    Signature Massage and Facial Spa
    By far, the BEST experience ever at a spa. And, I've been to some fancy places. Jessica and Martine are the two massage therapists I've had and both do an amazing deep tissue. Jessica does more trigger point and slower movement. Diane did my microdermabrasion, facial and I've had her do full body salt scrub - all are heavenly. Very knowledgable, friendly and professional and all have very clean rooms. Diane even has a shower in her room. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with high standards.

    Signature Massage and Facial Spa
    The Signature Massage consists of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and Stretching. They offer various types of massages. I have only had their Swedish Massage and now their Signature Massage. If you want a very relaxing feel good massage, the Signature Massage Service is the Massage you want. It is very reasonably priced for what you get.
    I have had 3 massages their so far, each with a different Massage Technician, or whatever they are called, and all 3 have been extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and know what they are doing.
    I have no reservations in recommending them to all my friends and to those I don't know. Try them, you will not regret it.

    Everyone at SerenBe is so friendly, professional, and knowledgable. My first appointment was with Colin and second with Tatiana for a deep massage. They are both WONDERFUL, have magic healing hands, and are extremely proficient at their profession. I normally make appointments with Tatiana, but if she is not available will schedule with Colin.     Aveda Institute - Mpls
    My mother passed and my boyfriend purchased an Aveda gift card for me for $150.00. I used it at the Aveda salon at Dillards and went to pay and they said they couldn't accept the giftcard, even though it was Aveda, but indicated it had happened before and I needed to simply call Aveda, provide proof of payment and they would send me a check. I called and they explained the ONLY thing they could do is credit my boyfriend's credit card; well, I explained that the situation would put me in an awkward position and couldn't they just void the gift card and send me a refund - they absolutely refused and were so incredibly rude about it. I would caution people - they're customer service is TERRIBLE...It was a simple accounting procedure and they refused to even try...AWFUL!
