I contacted Provider name locked. on a Tuesday regarding getting an appraisal. He was very helpful and friendly on the phone and set up an appointment for the very next morning. He arrived early and was very efficient in his work. I had the appraisal in my email four hours later. I felt the price was comparable to other appraisers and I would definitely use Provider name locked. again in the future.

Wonderful! Provider name locked. is a great guy to work with; his personality, professionalism, and intelligence matches with his high level skill set. We learned a lot by hearing him explain the appraisal (which was done the same day, I might add!!) and talk about the Provider name locked. and all the facts and figures that go into making an appraisal. Because of his explanations, we feel confident that the home is currently worth what he explained, and that pages upon pages of data to back that up that he included. I have seen other appraisals, and they aren't even close to the work Provider name locked. does! Thanks, Provider name locked. , for a job well done! We appreciate you!

Appraiser did not follow any acceptable standards for typical real estate appraisals. The home was appraised utilizing only short sale properties in the community, and against homes that were not comparable (in ground pool and screened in patio vs. none, this community vs. others in area, small lots vs. large conservation lots, upgrades vs. no upgrades, etc.) and even then was below these homes. The appraiser was questioned by both real estate agents (buyer and seller), buyer and lending bank and encouraged to revise the inaccurate appraisal but refused. An independent appraisal done after his showed a $50K (15%) increased valuation from his appraisal. Upon review of his credentials, his training and expertise is on equipment appraisals (not homes).
Unfortunately, his poor performance resulted in the sale of the home falling through.
