I called Provider name locked. because of mold discovered behind wallpaper in one of our bathrooms. Provider name locked. was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly inspected our three bathrooms and made many good recommendations. I would highly recommend this service.

On Christmas Day 2014 I had come back from visiting family for the holidays to a home that was flooded. (refrigerator water line had burst) Of course the insurance company wasn't available to be contacted for the next four days so I called a water dry out company and had the place dried out. After finally getting a hold of the insurance company and getting their adjuster out to the house to survey the damage I received a check in the mail minus my $2500 deductable for around $7,000. They must have though that I was an imbecile because looking around even I knew that there was no way to repair all the damage for that amount and it didn't even include mold testing. I called around to a few water damage remediation companies and most of them wouldn't even send out someone to look at the place and when they did as soon as they found out it was an insurance dispute they all of a sudden didn't want the job. They wouldn't even give me a quote. (I guess they were all in the insurance companies pockets)
I was at a breaking point. I finally called a private adjuster and he referred me to Provider name locked. . I called Provider name locked. and the next day Provider name locked. came out to the house and within the week I had a quote to dispute the insurance company. For a couple of weeks Provider name locked. pushed the insurance company to settle the account which they eventually did for $35,000 remodel, $6,000 for the mold remediation and $4,000 for the initial dry-out. About $45,000 total. A lot more than the initial $7,000 offer.
When it came to the remodel portion of the job Provider name locked. allowed me to do some of the work to offset some of the cost so that I could actually afford some up-grades to my home. (Who doesn't love smashing old cabinets and walls with a sledge hammer.) I managed to save enough to put in beautiful solid wood cabinets with granite tops in the kitchen, new windows in the living room, new tile in the kitchen and bath, and lovely wood floors in the living room. (I did a lot of the work myself including the tile and the wood floors but I was able to purchase the materials with the money I saved doing the demolition)
New walls throughout the bottom floor. (I had to strip the house to the framework)
So as I am writing this I want to say thank you to Provider name locked. for assisting me in turning my nightmare into my dream home. Thanks Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. .

Provider name locked. provided excellent, free advice to us and we are extremely grateful. Ductz will be coming out next week.
What impressed me most about Provider name locked. was his knowledge and his integrity. He could have come out and inspected our system, charging us a couple of hundred dollars and given us the same advice he gave via email. He didn't. He was honest.
