  • Just one year ago, I had Quality Power repair my generator's carburetor, which had become clogged with unleaded fuel deposits. They did a great job! This year, I purchased unlead fuel in sufficient quantity to get us through an extented hurricane-created power outage. My mistake was leaving unleaded fuel in the generator after the storm passed (my fault). So, it would not start again. Quality Power picked up the machine, cleaned the carb again, and delivered it to my home; in fact, they rolled it into my garage. Great job! Great service! Great price!

  • It started off fine. He was very prompt with communication. We scheduled a time of 8am in the morning for service to repair our mower. After 8 we received a text that he would not come in the rain. My fiance' spoke with him and he said he had bad experiences working in someone's garage, didn't want to work in his trailer in the rain, afraid of getting sick. We said ok, please stay in touch as we are needing this done today. I added him to our gate so he could get in. He finally text and said he would be coming appx 10. I stayed home to wait on him. I did not hear a word until he called my fiance to say he could not get through the gate. The gate operator told him she tried calling me three times. I did not receive a call, plus I had put him on the gate earlier this morning. He decided to leave, told fiance he was going to another job and we could bring mower to him but he was not coming back. I can not help what the gate person does. I had added him. I am still sitting here at home where I have been all morning waiting on him for past three hours. I can not say that his service is good or bad. I never got the chance to. I can say as a professional, his manner needs help.

  • Bill is always a wonderful person to deal with. We dropped off the mower, edger, string trimmer and blower on a Saturday (because everything decided to break at the same time). By Monday we had received a call that everything was a very reasonable price for everything that had to be fixed. So when we picked it up we dropped off the pressure washer (which hadn't been used in so many years). Of course, it was done in no time. All of the equipment works like it is brand new. We will always take our lawn equipment to Bill.

  • Outstanding service. Although he initially told me it could take up to a week he called the next day to tell me it was ready. The cost was right in line with his estimate. He replaced the rope and tuned it up, changed the oil, cleaned the entire deck and undercarriage up. He straightened a misaligned wheel and a ding in the frame. The mower was as clean and shiny as when it was new and I guarantee I did not bring it to him in that condition. Superb service and old school professionalism!! This man takes pride in his work and his reputation.

  • It was a pleasure to work with Bill Heagey, whose service model of providing mobile, on-the-spot mower servicing and repair is a stroke of efficient genius. Bill was punctual and completely professional, but also personable as well, willingly answering my son's many questions and providing him with some hands-on education regarding mower operation and maintenance. Bill's vehicle carries a full tool box and assortment of mower parts and accessories that enable him to deal with almost any service or repair issue at the convenience of your home, negating any requirement to load and transport your mower to a repair shop (which is particularly handy for those of us without a vehicle capable of toting around a full-size lawnmower, or who wish to avoid staining their vehicle interior with grease, gas and lawn detritus). Bill's pricing remained true to his quote - in fact, the requested service cost less than initially quoted - and the additional maintenance described under provider service undoubtedly extended the life of my $600+ lawnmower for at least several additional years --- great for me, bad for the big-box company that sold me the mower and expects people to be unaware of and thus skip on general maintenance so that they can continue to sell mowers that, without proper servicing, will only last a few years. With Bill's help, I basically have a new mower at less than 1/6th the price of a big-box mower, and mine will now last me for years to come. I was greatly impressed by Bill's On The Spot Lawn Mower Repair's service, and I will be employing his services on an annual basis to ensure continued optimal operability of my lawn maintenance equipment. Bill is customer-focused, responsive, punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and works efficiently to ensure the requested work is performed to the highest standard and that the mower is back in operation as quickly as possible.   • I called 3 mobile companies and Justin was the only one responded. via text, we sat the timing and he came (6/1/16). He looked at the Mower and said it will be a small job (The mower was part of the deal when I purchased this house, I never used it before). He fixed it and tested it (while I was not watching) and showed me the cut grass in a small area. He got the $55 he asked for and he promised to return tomorrow with pieces to fix the other tools (Edger, Trimmer, ...). But he never showed up or rescheduled.

    On the weekend (6/5/16), I was ready to mow the entire yard but all the gas I put in the reservoir came out into my lawn and shed floor. Texted him, he said I must have not completely tightened the cap or the bowl gasket or something. He said that he will come tomorrow to fix it for free. Tomorrow came and go and a week went by with him giving me promises to come and not showing up. I feel I was robbed

    I actually got a worming from my township regarding the un-cut grass (among other things).

    Will not recommend him. Do not hire him unless you are familiar with what is needed to be done, and thoroughly test before you pay him.

  • Dropped off for repair and repairs were completed in 1.5 hours.  Excellent price for the repairs and service of my Honda mower.  Would diffidently would use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

  • I contacted Ward's because I had no way to transport the equipment to a repair shop.
    Heworking was able to pick both up the same day and returned in a couple of weeks with both operating better than ever.

  • We were not satisfied with M&M lawn repair services. The hedger was with them for 8 weeks and when I finally got it back from them, it had so much dust on it, I knew they had not touched it. They owe you to provide promise service and they still wanted to charge me an 85 dollar service charge. So I told them I could get a new hedger for that and left the piece of equipment with them. It wasn't working and I wasn't going to pay 85 dollars to have it continue not to work. There was another gentleman in the shop with me and he was an actual lawn care guy and he dropped a lawn mower off and they weren't going to release it to him unless unless he paid an additional 175 dollars. They were taking advantage of the man's poor English skills and I think they pulled a fast one on him.

  • Let me know up front that they had so much work it would be 2-3 weeks before they even got to it.  Chose to use them anyway--figured must be good if that many people want to use them.  Diagnosed problem with machine and repaired.  Was complete about 4 weeks after drop off.  Took the time to help me ensure that unit was working properly and explain the problems repaired.  Costs for their time and parts very reasonable.  Very pleased; will use them again.
