  • This company is fantastic!  They did a great job on our chairs and were very personable and friendly.  One of the chairs had a "wobble" and they are fixing it for us now.  We would strongly recommend this great family-owned and run business and will definitely use them again should the need arise..

  • Grandchildren were being too h****** seat cusions of my 8 dining room chairs so I had Provider name locked. recover them.  I asked for fast service because otherwise we could not sit at the table to eat and would have to sit on the floor!  OK for grandchildren but not this grandma!  I took the 8 seat cushions in to the store on a Monday, asked for quick turnaround and the nice man who helped me pick out the new material (commercial grade!) said it could be done by the following Monday but I suggested Saturday instead.  He said he couldn't promise but would try for Saturday but he couldn't guarantee it.  Then they called on Thursday and said they were  already ready.  Hallejujah!  Picked them up right away and they were beautiful!  Wrapped in plastic so they wouldn't get damaged in transit.  So, in sum, excellent service, quality product, quality workmanship, fast work.  The cost was $75 per seat.  Not cheap (good upholstering never is) but worth every penny!  I heartily recommend Provider name locked. .  Can't be beat!

  • I really hate this store, but the same is probably true of the others. You are "greeted" when you come in, but in fact whoever greets you when you come in is your salesperson and they slink behind you around the store, popping into view periodically to try to sell you something.  In spite of their reputation, the furniture is not all that high quality and I am very sorry I purchased it.  I could have obtained the same furniture or better at another stores for less. Provider name locked. has the furniture manufacturer put the Provider name locked. name on the furniture. So you could be buying something from a Rooms to Go manufaturer just as easily as something better made--and you have no idea who the manufacturer is. The worst part here is that I spent nearly 3 thousand dollars and then had to pay $100 delivery charge. No other furniture store would charge delivery for a purchase of that amount of money. I checked.  I was pressured hard to buy their warranties, which I did not want. I was pressured to buy more furniture. It was just an awful experience all around. I couldn't feel free to look because a greeter was  attached to me the moment I came in and hovered over me for a sale; I was pressured to buy, buy, buy, and was encouraged firmly to buy one of their warranties. I realize furniture people make their living off commissions, but they way they do iy here, at least at this store, just feels low-life and scummy. They have no class whatsoever. Never again, Provider name locked. .
