The sales staff came "cold calling" and we agreed to set up an appointment. They arrived right on time even though going into the meeting, we had no intentions of purchasing their product, we couldn't help but make the investment; and we are SO glad we did! It saves money, and more importantly it feels really good to "go green". Our installation was scheduled very quickly and the crew once again arrived just when they said they would. The men were very friendly and professional. The equipment they installed has delivered everything they promised it would. We have had a few questions since the installation, and each time we've called, Provider name locked. has been available and ready to answer our questions. We are very pleased with our experience.- Mike K.
A Mr. Provider name locked. came to my house at the appointed time to provide me an estimate on some duct cleaning I thought I was in need of. My brother manages a commercial condominium building here in Tampa, Provider name locked. and he pointed out to me I had a lot of dust coming out of my air conditioning ducts. He is the one who recommended Provider name locked. & Air Services to me. My brother and I went up in the attic and noticed that a lot of the duct tape securing the various joints and connections was starting to fall off. One duct had actually already become disconnected from the Provider name locked. so I was also apparently air conditioning my attic. I called Provider name locked. & Air the next day.
Mr. Provider name locked. was very punctual with his arrival and he obviously was a very knowledgeable person concerning anything to do with with home construction or energy efficiency. I explained to him I was complaining to my brother about my electric bill and related the story of my brother inspecting my a/c unit and then our little visit up into my attic.
I was quite amazed when Mr. Provider name locked. went out to his truck and brought in some contraption called a blower door. I had no idea what this thing did, but Provider name locked. gave me a great explanation of the science behind what he was about to do. He had already inspected the attic and noted the leaky ducts, so I wasn't sure what we needed the blower door for. Provider name locked. explained to me the leaky ducts were certainly part of the reason for my high electric bill, but they could not by themselves totally explain my costs. He had already looked at my electric bill and thought there must be something else besides the ducts contributing to my high electric bills. Some of my neighbors pay less than half of what I pay the utility company and I only have two persons living in my home.
He fired up the blower door which apparently depressurizes the inside of your house so you can then look for leaks. I wandered around the whole house with him with some kind of a smoke stick and we looked for other leaks. My house is apparently like a giant piece of swiss cheese. We found leaks at most every window we checked and when we got to the room addition the previous owners had added about ten years ago, it was incredible how leaky those windows were.
When we were all finished, Provider name locked. had several recommendations for me. First, we needed to clean and seal up all those leaky ducts, the dust collecting in my house was unhealthy. Second, he had noted I did not have much insulation in my attic and what insulation I did have was blown all over the place. My brother and I had noted the insulation was very uneven in my attic, so I figured I would just have to go up there and rake it back in place. Provider name locked. told me that would help in the short term, but not for long. What I needed were what he called "air baffles" to allow the ventilation air to get past the insulation on it's way out at the top of my roof. He said it was air turbulence causing the insulation to get blown around and this would continue to happen unless I corrected the actual problem.
Provider name locked. worked up the pricing for all this and even though they had some special discounts running, there was just no way I could afford to pay for all this at once. Provider name locked. said most people were in the same boat nowadays, so he offered me some great
0 % financing. I still couldn't afford to get everything, but Provider name locked. helped me prioritize my needs and I ended up fixing the ducts, adding insulation, adding the air baffles and replacing the three leakiest windows.
The crews that came out to do the work were excellent and the follow up was excellent as well. My electric bill is already $50.00 less than before and I still have a bunch of leaky windows. Once I get this paid off, I will definitely call this company to come do the other work I need. It is true what Provider name locked. said, you can continue to pay the electric company and do nothing or you can pay now and save later. The savings on my electric bill each month pay for almost half of the payment for work I had done. The windows are beautiful, the air in my home is so much cleaner - thank you Provider name locked. & Air !

The inspector was very general in what he told me after his inspection. He said the house was "basically ok" but I needed to upgrade my electrical service panel. I had been told by the house inspector the very same day that my service had recently been replaced and was in good shape, so obviously the electrical inspector was trying to sell me an upgrade. I knew that several electric outlets were not grounded and several outlets were not working, I asked him to provide a report on the specifics of what he found and an estimate of the costs to make repairs. He said he would ask his boss about that and I never heard back from them. I basically paid $49 for nothing. Would not recommend them or use them again.
