    Mr. Electric of Lutz
Mr. Electric has worked so hard fixing the numerous electrical issues at my house, even working on Saturdays. They couldn't be more courteous, professional and hard working and they were very fair in their quote. I would use them again and again!

    Mr. Honey-Do
Farshad and his helper arrived on time and did an amazing job of cutting down the vent to fit a tight space. They had previously cut and installed a wooden beam for me on the Lanai, so I knew they very well, they proved to be skillful carpenters. They cut the wood off the neck of the chimney vent very accurately so they were so exact with their measurements that they were able to place it exactly 1 1/2 inches above the medallion and center it perfectly. The metal plate that came with the vent did not fit the area properly. It would have interfered with the Lumadome lighting fixture. So they solved the problem by cutting the metal plate back and drilling new holes in it to customize it to fit. They were very careful to protect the medallion and new cabinetry while positioning and securing it to the ceiling and wall. The exhaust fan and light weigh 76 pounds. Even as heavy as it was, they took special care to ensure it looked good in that location. I am so happy I chose Mr. Honey-Do for this job. I will definitely be using them for future projects. They are skillful carpenters.

    ELECTRIC USA INC
This is a great company for both customer service and quality work! Since my 2 electrical switches installation took just under an hour, they proactively offered to install my new Ring doorbell (totally unexpected!). It is rare to see a company go above and beyond to earn your trust and business - I will definitely be using this company in the future!

    Bolt Electric
Bolt verbally committed to show up at my residence on 10/21/19 between 12 pm and 4 pm to perform the work. When Bolt had not yet shown up or called, I called Bolt at 3:30 pm on the day of the appointment. A Bolt representative said she would check with scheduling. I never did hear back from Bolt. A very disappointing experience.

    2nd2none Home Improvements
Lamont did such a great job in renovating my bathroom! I was living out of state and had to coordinate beforehand. He was always responsive, flexible and very reliable. His work speaks for itself but he was also very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone I know and will continue using him for all things going forward!

    Rossi Construction
Worked continuously 7:30-4:00 5 days/week for 6 weeks. Only subbed out the electrical and pouring of the cement floor. Replaced the galvanized pipe and ductile iron pipes, upgraded the ceiling beams, added hurricane straps per code, created a walk-in shower w/ toilet and vanity/sink. Insulated the walls/ceiling and installed the dry walled. Great job.

    Bolt Electric
Terrible experience. Had an appointment scheduled with them and they never showed up. I called and the front desk people said oh unfortunately your electrician cant make it out hes stuck with a power outage.... but they never bothered to call me and tell me so I sat at home all day. Then I rescheduled and AGAIN no one shows up for the next appointment. We call and they give us the SAME excuse that the electrician is stuck in a power outage and cant make it out and they AGAIN, never called us to tell us. Never using this company again. Waste of my time.

    Bolt Electric
Unfortunately I was delighted to have them respond quickly to set up an appointment the next day. I specifically stated I couldnt be home at a certain time and I was told that they would try come after that. I asked for a note to be put in my order that I had a specific time period where I would be available. I waited 2 hours to not hear anything and when I called to find out they said they left a missed call without any message during the time I was unavailable. Disappointing as I would have booked with another contractor if it was an issue . I had to then wait 4 more days over the weekend before I could hire someone else.

Electrician in Tampa Bay

Cigar City enjoys a great deal of sunlight and heat - an air conditioner alone is reason to keep electricity up and running! And remember all large appliances require electricity that has been installed and inspected by a licensed Tampa Bay electrician.

Finding an electrician that knows about all aspects of an electrical system and wiringis important. A responsible homeowner will also want to ask some questions before hiring to make sure they are trustworthy, efficient and professional.

Things to ask when hiring electricians in Tampa Bay:

  * Are you licensed and what municipality did you get licensed through? Tampa Bay? Westchase? Pebble Creek?

  * Do you have reviews on Angie's List Tampa Bay? It's free to access and read reviews.

  * How much experience do you have?

  * Are you available to work on weekends and during emergencies?

  * Do you offer quotes in advance?

  * Are you registered with the Tampa Bay Better Business Bureau?

  * Can you provide references from former clients?

  * Are you and your assistants bonded and insured?

Finding the answers to several of these questions can be done before you call even one person to fix your electrical issues. Angie's List users have researched and reviewed hundreds of electricians, helping you find the best Tampa Bay electricians. That way, should the need arise, you won't be left in the dark (or heat) for long.
