  • Went to the local store, but they didn't have any of the items I was looking for.
Went online, and the product was available, but the website didn't have anywhere to enter the coupon code, so I phoned the order in.

The customer service representative (Provider name locked. ) couldn't apply the coupon code, so he checked with his supervisor.
The supervisor (Provider name locked. ) spoke with me and said I couldn't use the coupon online...only in the store...at which point I told him the store didn't have the item, so I couldn't do that.

The supervisor again stated that he couldn't authorize the coupon...even after I emailed it to them showing them that:
    1. CompUSAonline.com had sent it to me.
    2. No where on the coupon does it state "In Store Only" or anything even close to that.

I've been a long time (15 year) customer of Provider name locked. ...but this has ended a perfectly good relationship.
There are lots of other electronics stores out there...I guess it's time to shop.

  • My computer was hijacked by a Provider name locked. fake "antivirus" program that installed itself without my permission. The bogus "antivirus" program infected my laptop. It even replaced my toolbar with its own. I was unable to locate where it was hiding in order to uninstall it. I was concerned that it was monitoring my passwords and the potential for identity theft was very serious. It generated incessant popups that warned of virus and Provider name locked. attacks that were generated by the very same program. My authentic antivirus and security suite was unable to locate the Provider name locked. and fix the problem. I took my laptop to Provider name locked. and a technician, Provider name locked. , was very courteous and quick to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to identify, isolate and remove the unwanted hijacker program that had infected several areas in my computer. Apparently this was a rather sophisticated attack Provider name locked. that could conceal itself from my security software. Provider name locked. made the repairs deftly and confidently while I observed. The charge for this service was reasonable and I was able to leave the shop confident that my laptop was safer to use and I could get back to work. Provider name locked. 's service was quick, courteous and careful.

  • I had never owned a computer before and had only used the ones at the library. I had no idea what programs I needed or what came standard on one I also did not have alot of money to spend on this. I calling around Provider name locked. gave me an excellent price and told me only what I needed, which he had already installed on all his used computers. It is a one man small shop, more like one mans work room. The computer I bought had a slight glitch so when I called him the next day he said bring it in, rather than have me wait he just switched it out for a newer more loaded one where it had the extras to burn Cd's, that was over 2 years ago and my computer has never given me any problems since. Provider name locked. is a very honest down to earth middle aged family man, he didn't try to sell me anything, and let me tell him what I needed a computer for, he answered endless questions. Doing business with him is more like getting help from your trusted friend. This was the best $300 I have ever spent.
