    The owner and workers there definitely know their stuff. Did an awesome service on my boat engine and now I can finally take my kids out for a boat ride without worrying that my engine would fail. They went above and beyond by even helping and showing me any trouble shooting if anything else where to happen. They have good knowledge and are passionate about what they do and I love it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a boat or service!

    Great company with excellent communication. The dock wiring was a bit pricey, but worth it. Overall I had them wire up two boat lift motors, and run 100 amp service for my dock/pool. I also had them install a 50 amp whole-house backup generator hookup and re-configure my circuit breaker panel, plus install wiring for an on-demand water heater. Everyone I dealt with was responsive and professional, and the work is all high quality. I tried getting this work done with Mr. Sparky, but they could not figure out a way to complete (told me to contact my electrical provider).

    Paid Them $255 To come out and service my boat Within five days, after 7 days I fix my boat Looking at youtube They will not refund my $255 We are an elderly couple on Social Security what a rip off And he did not Meet the 5 day Steve the owner said Beware of them Then charge my credit card a another $255

    Will never shop at this store again. Purchased 2 interstate batteries here 8 months ago and one is now bad. They both are connected to the same charging system on a yacht. No big deal, batteries go bad. The problem is the owner. I approached the door and he opened it and said, "What do you want? We are closing in 5." I told him I bought two batteries 8 months ago and one is bad. He asked if I checked the water. I told him no, they are only 8 months old. He said he doesn't handle warranties, that I have to go to Interstate. I've never bought batteries at a place that doesn't honor battery warranties. I told him I won't be buying batteries there anymore, grabbed my battery and began to walk away. He then asked me, "Are you really that thick?" I said, "excuse me?" He said, "are you really that thick in the head?' I then asked him how he could talk to a customer that way. He flipped me the middle finger with both hands inches from my face. He proceeded to call me profanities (in front of my wife) and insulting me yelling loudly. He begged me to hit him so that he could beat me up. Really!? I love to support local business owners, but this is an example of a business owner who is clearly empowered to be disrespectful to customers. He has lost my business and anyone with whom I can share this story. BTW. The battery has plenty of water.....just below the fill tubes.

    I dont leave many reviews. In fact, unless the service is outstanding over the top or really really bad and I want to warn someone....I dont review much. In this case, service and repairs were outstanding. It is hard to find a good JS mechanic and I would highly recommend his services. No BS, quotes cost up front, even found a couple of other things wrong on the ski and didnt charge me.
