    Aquatic Underworld
Nathan was very helpful in explaining the various types of aquariums available and did a wonderful job setting ours up. The cichlids that he put in our tank are so fun to watch and create a visually-appealing backdrop to our business lobby.

    Florida Aquarium
This is our first time to go there. I was there with my sister and her 2 year old kid and we had a lot of fun. The Aquarium has interesting fish and aquatic life; it was a lot of fun and would definitely go back.

The tech showed up in a timely manor and was very professional.  He asked me if I was having any issues with the aquarium and informed me what the routine maintenance involved.  He performed his job without leaving a trace of him being in my home.

    BANFIELD THE PET HOSPITAL
At first I was very impressed by the vet, the care plan, the fact that you can take your traveling pet to any Banfield for care while on the road, and the friendly staff. I paid for the wellness plan, which seemed like a good deal at the time, but it is designed to get you in more often so they can "find" things to charge you extra. I have two cats and a dog. They had some minor issues, but it seemed as though every vet visit was costing an extra $200-300 above what we paid every month for the plan for pets that in all other appearances acted and looked healthy. Recently during one of the visits, one of the staff members called and said like clockwork, that $200+ worth of treatment would be needed for our pets. I said that I guess I would have to dip into the emergency fund again this visit to pay for yet more stuff and she laughed. Upon more questioning about the treatments, I found that only one of them was legitimately treating a small infection. One of the medications that they wanted to give to us was because our cat who hates the vet office, had his dander up. Then I started paying closer attention because they were overprescribing for uneccessary treatments. Prior to that, they gave my newly adopted dog vaccinations for shots that she was up-to-date on (according to the rehome rep). Banfield staff never asked us, or allowed us time to get the old vet records to them, they just made the judgement call without considering that I told them that she should be up-to-date on shots and that I was trying to get them the records. We were told that our dog needed a dental when she had just had a dental cleaning weeks before we adopted her. When I took objection, the response from the staff was that the overvaccination was not an issue, that the shots that the dog already had were most likely inferior because the breeder or another veterinarian gave them, and that the other vetenarian did not do a good dental job on her in the weeks prior. In their defense, it wasn't the best dental that I have ever seen before either, but neither was I thrilled about putting my 9 year old adoptie under twice in a few weeks time.  The wait often seems longer than normal vet clinics to drop off and pick up pets. I still have mixed feelings. I want to trust them because I like the idea of the plan, the nationwide availablity, and they seem friendly, but they have lost a bit of my trust due to these incidents.  I do like that they are in such a large petstore and I can grab anything I need while I am there, and the food is a better price than many smaller vet clinics. I am thinking about still using Banfield, but a different one that does not exclude me from judgement calls on my pets' health care.
