He came out on Wednesday said she needed a new motor. On Thursday, he brought out one motor (which did not work), brought out a 2nd motor that is still sitting on my mother's dining room floor. He left a note saying he would return because HE had left the clips to the motor at his store. That was on WEDNESDAY... sometime during the time he left he stated he had metal shavings in his eye that he had to go to the eye doctor. He promised to be back at 830am on Thursday morning. Well on Thursday morning, he contacted at 1130 am telling me he was at the eye doctor that he couldn't see. At this point, I was understanding of his situation. He told me he would be out at my mother's as soon as he left the doctor's office. After several phone calls, text messages, and calls he finally calls me back Saturday morning tell me he was in and had been in NC. He was nasty and rude telling me that he had fixed my mother's washer (which he did not) told me that he could have charged her for the motor, the service call and his time and he was doing me a favor. He left my mother's washer tore apart with parts laying all over my mother's kitchen floor. Those clips that he said he left at home where sitting on the floor, 2 of which were on the motor itself. He hasn't not been back since he first started the job. I mind you this guy had already gotten paid before the job was finished because my little brother was leaving and he was paying if upfront to do a good job. He took money without finishing services. He was rude and nasty during this whole process and my mother still doesn't have a washer that works. Mr Provider name locked. has done nothing to change the situation.

They came to do repairs on three different occasions, I had to wait about 2 weeks for an appointment, take personal leave for half a day from work, a technician would come, tell us this was the problem and do something to fix it and we're still having the same issues, except even worse than when they started . This 3rd attempt to repair the freezer made it actually worse, because not even the freezer is not cooling now, its actually creating heat from the motor running it's making weird noises and it is completely broken down, no cooling in freezer or fridge. I am frustrated and getting any resolution. I have a lot of food that has spoiled, I moved freeze able items to a freezer I have outside. I wanted to get some sort of resolution so I called Provider name locked. and spoke to the owner Provider name locked. and explained what's been going on to see if they would assist me with Elextrolux to get my issues resolved, I explained Electrolux told me to tell their technicians to call them directly about repair assessments so Elextrolux can have are a report of the repeated issues I have been experiencing ,he refused to do this, he ignored my request and asked me why did I wait to call them, trying to put the blame me for the delay, gave me the run around on the "repairs" they did, said they were doing what Electrolux wants them to do, repair the problem, when it appears it is unrepairable, they never communicated with Electroux. He just cut me off, said have a nice day and hung up on me!
I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally. What a bad experience. I do not recommend this company, you get the run around, and don't Get any assistance with resolving complaints. their technicians have not fixed anything, in fact they made it worse. They sent different technicians every time, so there was no continuity in service at all, they don't communicate what the other has done and it was very negative. Electrolux on the other hand was very helpful and courteous, they listened to my complaints and gave me another service provider to work with.

Mr. Provider name locked. Wrench performed the over range microwave installation. He was punctual, professional, and he cleaned up after the job, disposing of the old exhaust fan. He performed the task in under 1 hour. His prior estimate was accurate. His confidence in his ability shows his knowledge, the results of his work are a testament of his knowledge and skill. He was recommended to me by Kitchen & Bath Galleries, as their sub-contractor. He does excellent, superior work.
