  • I have been going to him for about 5 years.  He is very caring.  I do not have insurance so he helps me with the fees and Provider name locked. them.  I am probably one of his most difficult patients because I have a condition he cannot figure out.  The other doctors in the office are all very good.  He is able to get me in really quick for appointments.

  • Overall, I like Dr. Provider name locked. , ENTA and the staff. I will be keeping them as my ENT/Allergy physician/practice.

I have been to the DUNEDIN location several times now.   The staff are nice and friendly, and Dr. Provider name locked.  seems to be a good, detail oriented, ENT physician.  As anyone with allergies can tell you, effective treatment is on an individual basis so my review does not reflect my treatment regimen, but on my experiences/interactions with the office staff and Dr. Provider name locked. .  In general my experience with him and this staff are comparable to other typical ENT experiences I have had.

A couple of things that bugged me during my multiple visits:
--The staff are nice, but the receptionist still seems new and unsure of the process. She openly discussed  payment information in the check in window with a relatively full waiting room, which I thought was a little inappropriate. It would seem more appropriate to do this around the corner at the check out desk where her voice wont carry into the large waiting area.
--They run anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour late on average during my visits. Do not expect them to run on time. Most physicians don't run on time, and I am fully aware of that. Just figured I give you a warning! The only on-time experience was seeing the nurse for allergy testing, though she was still 10 or so minutes behind schedule each time.
--The allergy nurse asked me about my medication history in front of another patient undergoing testing during my initial consultation with her. It made me really uncomfortable. Though she was just doing it to tell me which medications to hold before testing, some of the medications on this list were sensitive in nature such as antidepressants. Though I didn't have any medications to hold,  I work in health care and talking about any kind of patient info in front of another patient or in hearing distance is a big no no.
--During my initial visit as a new patient, before even meeting me, I got sent directly to the in-office Audiologist for some hearing and ear testing. While I appreciate this may have been done to get a baseline on me as a new patient, Dr. Provider name locked.  hadn't even seem me or introduced himself or read my chart. I'm relatively young (30) so any age excuses doesn't apply.  If it was explained to me why I needed the tests and  potential costs, etc, prior to me just being sent there,  I would have felt much better about how it happened. Now this may have been done in the wrong order or something during my initial visit, so I have no idea if this is the norm. I just didn't like or appreciate being sent there before even meeting the physician.

Overall, I like Dr. Provider name locked. and the staff.  I will continue to see him at this office and would recommend him to anyone in this area looking for a good ENT/Allergist.   Just have a solid block of time dedicated to your appointments at this office.

  • I like that I can get in to see him almost every time the same day that I really need to see him. Like yesterday I called him and he called back half hour later told me to come in to see him at 1:45 yesterday afternoon I really needed to see him so he very prompt about that. When I go in to see him most always I go into my appointment well on time. Everybody there is real nice and I’ve known him as his patient for good many years. I can’t say anything but good about him. We can call him on a weekend or holiday or middle of night, if it’s an emergency he will get back really sooner in half an hour.
