Recent Review: We were very impressed with the professionalism and excellent quality of workmanship that Adonnis Waterproofing did on our foundation repair. Their work exceeded our expectations and made our basement repair an easy and very satisfactory experience. Al and his crew of workers were friendly, hardworking and took pride in all their work. They were respectful of our house by removing their boots whenever they entered our house, and completely cleaned up at the end of the job. We highly recommend them because they do exceptional work. Thank you!

Recent Review: AMAZING - Robert and his team did an amazing job. They were responsive, cleaned up afterwords, provided clear communication, and went above and beyond! The work was done with QUALITY and the price was fair. Every step of the way Robert was professional! He was very responsive during the quote process, called back quickly and showed up on time. During the work process he communicated that the work would take several days. The brick wall looks amazing, as does the repair work on the foundation. I would highly recommend him for any masonry work or repair - really paid attention to detail including caulking and sanding! found matching brick for the wall repair, and even fixed some other small areas while he was here. See attached photos for before and after of the work.

Recent Review: We wanted to replace all the front windows in our house as one of them was leaking and we wanted them to all look consistent. We were referred to Infinity by a friend who had windows done and after looking up the Angie's List reviews and getting a few other estimates we decided to use Infinity. The sales process was laid back with no high pressure tactics which is refreshing. Mike Fabian came to our home, looked at what we wanted to do and guided us to the right product for our home and then helped us nail down the decorative details. We chose to go with Marvin Integrity windows with full frame removal and complete replacement. So that was the easy part... What happened next is why I would hire Infinity again in a second and recommend Infinity to anyone. Our install date came and it was going to take two and a half days. Four of the five windows were in and looking awesome! Then during the removal of the last window, the one that was leaking, they found that the wall, header and even the exterior OSB was rotted away. This is a load bearing, exterior wall in our living room facing the front of our house with brick exterior - read: not a minor thing. Within hours Infinity had carpenters on hand building a temporary wall to support the second story, an electrician to cut the electrical in the rotten wall and had the rotten portions removed. By the end of that day the wall was rebuilt from the inside out and the new window installed and waiting on drywall and trim work. The one issue we had was at this point a third party came to do the drywall and the finishing was really poor. Even here Infinity shines! I called and let them know I was not satisfied with the finishing and they didn't even blink an eye before sending someone to take a look at it with me and then had someone come and refinish it correctly. I know service providers put up with petty complaints all day long but the Infinity people expect that the work they do is right and they sure make sure it is. I wish the story ended there but it didn't. It turned out the roof put on several years before we bought the house was put on wrong and that the leaking was due to several issues with the roof. I am writing a separate review for the roof but the short story is that Infinity also did a complete tear off and replacement of our roof solving the problem completely. They did this on a 4000 square foot home in 2 days! That is not typical, they sent 4 crews as it was an emergency due to weather etc. but it was a sight to see around 30 people working on a single roof! We spent around $44,000 altogether (windows, wall repair and roof) and while we were disappointed that the project exploded with issues and added expense, Infinity was very responsive and took care of the issues as they came and walked us through the issues, what needed to be done, and most of all did the work professionally and right. I am sure we could have gone cheaper but we would have been in real trouble not having a company that could respond quickly with the depth that Infinity has. Infinity also worked directly with our insurance which streamlined that process as well. Infinity turned one of the worst experiences a homeowner could have a positive experience and left us and our home is a way better place.

The total reconstruction work was worth about $80000. Once I handed over the first insurance check, it was promised that this person would be there to start the drywall. I had to call him over a period of 2 or 3 weeks to check what was happening. He had a key and a lock, and he left the house open - anybody could have walked in and used it for whatever reason. He was dishonest about the work that he had promised to do. There is a $50 fee for every $1000 worth of work that you do. I found out after 3 months from the City of Milwaukee that he never took out permits for plumbing, electric or reconstruction, and that the person that I had signed the contract with was not even licensed as a contractor. He had fraudulently said that he was a contractor. When I met him at his office and told him about the permits, he flatly denied it. He charged me $72 per room to check the electrical but he never had an electrician there and he never took out permits. I met with him several times at my house and talked to him about what was going to happen next, and about the timeline for the work to be completed. I would have liked to be back in my house in 5 months because my insurance was only giving me $500 a month to live on, using which I could only rent a room. He promised to have the house done within 3 months. What actually ended up happening was that he had some of the walls repaired and the flooring put in, after which he stopped and I never got anything else done. When I went to my insurance company, they told me that I would have to take him to court because I had signed the contract. When I went to my mortgage holder, they sent somebody out, at my cost, to inspect the house, and they came back and said that I had to get a lawyer. He just disappeared. It has been a year and I am still living in a bedroom at somebody?s house. The whole experience has been a nightmare, and all I have is the clothes on my back. He was a big guy and would yell at me all the time - he would just intimidate me and back me into a corner. The City of Milwaukee and the State of Wisconsin are looking into the matter. The City of Milwaukee has verified that he had lied to them. The man who represents this company is a liar and a thief.
