Recent Review: 1 star for the horrible salesperson who lied and misled the entire time. 5 stars for the employees that made it right. Work seems to be quality and was done fast, but if I could do it over again -- I'd run when I saw Garrett Schmoldt coming our way...it was quite stressful

Recent Review: We had our flat roof replaced by Infinity Exteriors and they did an excellent job. The project itself was a big deal and they handled it without any issues. Everyday the crew would cleanup the site and make sure their materials were not littered on the property. I could not see everything they were doing on the roof, but I could tell they sure knew what they were doing. I would recommend Infinity to anyone that is considering a project. From the first meeting with Adam to the last day of the project, I was totally impressed with Infinity.

Recent Review: I received a quote just a day or 2 after requesting one from the owner. We were very impressed that he agreed to come over on a weekend morning to talk with us about the quote. He agreed to use the shingles that we found on Consumer Reports. We discussed what needed to be done and agreed he'd be in touch regarding a timeline. It was a rainy spring so a firm start date could not be set at that time. Before we settled on the shingle color, it occured to us that we didn't see the garage roof included in the quote, so we called and in fact, it hadn't been included but he was able to alter the quote quickly.  He also let us know that the price of shingles would go up soon so we told him which ones we wanted and he ordered them. I wish we'd been able to have more of a say in the timelines but with the rain and the press of other jobs we kind of had to go with the flow. The shingles showed up on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and they couldn't put them on the roof due to low wires next to the street. When the crew arrived on Monday morning they took it in stride. They also took in stride some of the "unexpected" issues they found on the roof - tar under the siding and a rotted board. The crew was great - hard-working, polite, nice guys.  They had the roof on in a few days. The only somewhat negative comment I would make is that they could have given us some instructions on how to make their clean up easier - like make sure the grass is mown as low as you can, make sure any garden beds around the house are weeded and your plants are protected with burlap or an old sheet when the crew is working near them.  This might have helped improve the clean up. Don't get me wrong - they did a good job, but my husband still stepped on a nail in the grass in the back yard (not serious) and I've found 5 nails and tar paper in and immediately around the plants near the foundation of the house. Overall, I was very happy with the process. The owner came back to check in and we asked him about a few shingles that looked like they weren't fastened down enough, and he said they'd settle in once it got hot, and he was right. The only thing they have yet to fix is a piece of siding they put on to mask the new roof and the old siding gap. He said that the gutters would hide it, but they didn't. But he has been great at responding to our other questions so I feel confident that this will be corrected without a problem.

Average life of this type of roof is 10 years. New roof has improved material and should last a little longer. Quality of work was and remains outstanding. They are not cheap but, unlike some other roofing companies, they remain in business and stand behind their product and service.

It went well. Took a little longer than expected, but the roof is beautiful. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them in the future.

Initial visit and quote went well. Sales person was very knowledgeable and was able to provide a quote on the spot. Took nearly 3 weeks from acceptance of contract to paperwork being complete and work scheduled. Seemed a bit long since there was already a signed contract. Work started about 1 week after paperwork was completed. Dumpster was delivered a day early (on a Sunday), and the company dropping it off cracked my driveway. If I had known about the early delivery, I could have helped choose a drop off location that eliminated any chance for damage to the driveway. Work was supposed to take 3 actual days on-site, ended up taking 5 actual days. Rain further delayed things, but that is unavoidable and not on Infinity in any way. Quality of work was excellent when complete. Crew could have done a better job fitting the skylight, as they cut away more drywall than was needed to install it, but that was only a minor issue. Cleanup could have been better. Found a partial coil of nails in my parking spot, and a few loose nails in the yard between the house and the dumpster after work had been completed. Overall, the roof installation was very good, and the price was competitive with other roofers. The only negatives were the delays in starting the project, the cracked driveway, some minor disorganization during the project, and the less-than-perfect cleanup. I wouldn't have any reservation recommending them as long as you are willing to make a few calls to stay on top of when they will be starting the project and when they will be out each day to perform the work.

The roof and all wood replace within a day. It is excellent job. The owner answer all the question and walk me through the process how to start and how to get it done. There is no headache at all.

Dodd's team of 2 did an excellent job once they started.  Efficient, professional and well done.  We haven't had any problems ( over a year and a half now), and at HALF the price of competitors.  Only issue we had was that our job was so small that they had to squeeze us in between other bigger jobs, and so it was hard to get an exact commitment as to when they could do the work.  Once they started, they stayed with it until completed (about a day and a half of work).
