Recent Review: had a great walk thru and didn't feel pressured at all. Was able to work on the price by changing the items we picked. The sales man was very nice and helpful. We went over everything in detail so we were prepared for the install. The installation team was great and curtious. Explained what they were doing and showed us the process. They cleaned up everything and it was like they weren't there. Went over everything when they were done and made sure we were happy with end result. Very glad that we used them and would do it again

Recent Review: They quoted us for a total gut of existing bathroom fixtures and drywall/flooring to the studs.  Before work began the project manager Erin said she would be around frequently during the work.  She did stop over once or twice but that was all once the work began. Tear out was efficient and well done.  Kustom Kitchens workers protected our wood floor and stairs with blankets to prevent any damage and were quick to clean up any dust/debris left behind. Electrical and Plumbing were subcontracted and both were great to work with.  Electrician, was friendly and made suggestions on a dedicated circuit for the bathroom as it was not previous to this remodel. Plumbers were also friendly and did great work. Inspections were next and delayed us due to a few issues.  One issue was not related to Kustom Kitchens work or the remodel, but needed to be fixed upon opening up the walls. The others were nail plates around plumbing and electrical.  The electrician was present during this inspection and quickly fixed those issues once identified. Drywall was next and was fast and efficient.  I'm very pleased with the way the texture looks and the quality of that work.  Tile followed the drywall and caused the most angst of the entire job.  The tile itself looked good but the grouting left much to be desired.  There were numerous cracks, pinholes and missed spots in the grout. As I write this review the Tile guy has had to come back out 4 times to fix issues with the grout. After tile was the cabinet, final electrical, and final plumbing.  I was very pleased with the quality of the cabinet, after they added the 3rd drawer which was missing when initially installed.  Some of the small details were missed along the way. The electrician didn't receive the bathroom fan to install, after another model fan was suggested to them from a local home improvement store, they decided to get the original fan as proposed. The plumber was not told to add a downspout for the bathtub but asked us if we intended on having one which we did. The 3rd drawer on the cabinet was missing and had to be installed after the cabinet was in place. The day for us to do the painting was lost, partially due to inspection results but caused painting to have to be done after the bathroom was completed. The medicine cabinet that was installed did not live up to expectations. We replaced this with a cabinet we found at Lowes that was higher quality and better looking. Plans called for tile behind the toilet but the workers were not informed of that so that was not done as they stated it never made it into the quote.

It was completed in one day. Looks great. Took a long time to get on the list to get it done but well worth the wait.

ADistinctive Renovations
Overall we are very pleased with the whole project. We met with Distinctive Renovations and provided them with our ideas and concept of how we wanted the rooms to look. They put us in touch with all the local craftsmen who could provide the vanity cabinets, showers, mirrors and lighting. They also came up with a more cost effective and better option for closet doors than we had originally chosen. The theme for the upper bathroom worked off some oriental furniture in our bedroom and we had originally wanted to go with floor to ceiling opaque glass closet doors. To be more true to the oriental theme Distinctive Renovations suggested wooden framed doors backed with Shoji paper. Just recently we stayed at a hotel that had glass closet doors similar to our original concept. They did not look how we visualized them. Thanks to Distinctive Renovations creative thinking we have a very satisfying outcome to our bathroom remodel.

ARe Bath of Northeast WI
Both homes we have owned in the past 8 years have been fixer-uppper's. I have not ever been so pleased with any other contracting company as I have been with Rebath. From the estimation phase through completion of the job, they were always professional and the quality of their work is BEYOND what I could have ever imagined.   I never imagined they would be able to completely replace my shower and tub in less than 2 days AND do all the plumbing associated with it (AND for the price they originally quoted!!).  They stuck to the quoted price even when an issue with the demolition arose and they had to put in extra efforts to remedy.  The cost was LESS THAN HALF the quote we got from Home Depot (UNBELIEVABLE!!!) and the quality of the product was better.   They were also very creative and solved a problem with the design that nobody else was able to solve. We had a very difficult situation because we had bullet proof tile (tons of cement to demolish) and we had a window in the shower that was rotted and had to be completely replaced (that was why they did it in 2 days... it would normally only take them 1 day, but they let us know in advance exactly how long it would take).  The original tub was also very odd sized, and was hard to get at the plumbing, they were able to standardize everything.  We just can't believe the transformation. It would have taken Home Depot over two weeks, and since this is our only bathroom, that would have been out of the question.   Both Home Depot and another company (who we didn't get a completed quote from)  told us they would have to rip out our vintage tile floor. Rebath was not only able to do it without touching the floor, but they were also extremely careful not to damage any other areas around where they were working.  They were neat and cleaned up thoroughly.  Even the tidiest contractors I have worked with in the past have not cleaned up as well as they did. I wish Rebath did Kitchens, I would work with them again and again!!

ALCF Remodel & Design
LCF Design And Remodeling was great. He's very meticulous. He's got 3 design ideas too. I like the fact that when he came in, he makes a board of what he thinks is good. He makes suggestions and shows you different colors. He's very conscientious.

BBoyd's Construction Inc
Overall the estimate process was pretty good. He showed up as scheduled and answered all of my questions and provided recommendations. The estimate took longer to get back than anticipated and I did have to call and ask for it however that is relatively minor. We ended up not hiring Nathan for the remodel, mostly based on the fact that I felt his estimate was much to high and we elected to hire indivudual contractors (a tile guy, a plumber and an electrician) to complete the work and I ended up doing a small amount myself. Bid for a bathroom floor tile, shower tile, sink, toilet install, moving some lighting, installing new fan came in over $12k and we were able to get it done, essentially acting as our own general contractor for about $5000 including the cost for new fixtures.

AAll Around the House Services, LLC
Jeff is awesome. Prior to the work, he kept in touch both by email and phone. When I mistakenly ordered the wrong size shower enclosure, Jeff, and Danny his plumber, searched all over town to find the odd sized enclosure we did need, and found one. Always on time and fair priced. We have used a lot of handyman services over the years, but Jeff is the gold standard. We plan on using him again for another bathroom remodel later this fall. Plus he's a great guy and dedicated family man. What's not to like?
