Recent Review: Matt was the plumber who did all of the repair work.  He was professional, knew exactly what he was doing and stayed on task the whole time he was in our home.  He cleaned up any mess he created, tested everything to make sure the issue was resolved.

Recent Review: He fixed our shut off to the sink from the main. He explained why the current valve (that we replaced) was not working. This is what we called for but then we added on to check a toilet that has been leaking. Another plumber told us we would have to buy a whole new toilet set up. This man simply replaced the seal and has been dry for over a week. He also poured water down a shower drain that we never use. He explained about sewer gases and that this needs to be done once a month. The odor in that bathroom is totally gone.  He was very thorough in explaining things.

Triggs Plumbing
Recent Review: Excellent! Trigs worked with my contractor flawlessly. I had a small bathroom that we expanded to accommodate a double vanity. The only way our floorplan would allow the expansion was to move a plumbing wall. Throughout the course of the project, they sent 5 different plumbers. All of them were very professional, communicated well with each other, and when something unexpected presented itself they were persistent in resolving the issue. They let me be nosy. And, they were happy to explain why they did things the way that they did them. At the end, all the pipes vent properly, the drains work flawlessly, all the fixtures were in perfect working order. They tested all the plumbing before the drywall went up. They worked very well with the carpenters and electricians and tilers to make sure that all the elements in our bathroom worked properly. The attached pictures show the work they went through to route plumbing around medicine cabinets, move the toilet drain, and route hot/cold water to accommodate three bath niches and a second shower head. I don't think I would go anywhere else for plumbing work in the city.

Very pleasant. Mark was great to work with, and explained everything to me. Since we needed to save some money, I performed the concrete tear out myself. Mark provided excellent direction on where to remove the concrete.

Luke was on time, courteous, and thorough. I needed to get ahold of him several times during the job and he answered his cell phone right away. After he had finished the underground pvc work I realized he had put the toilet drain a little further than I wanted it in one direction. He worked with me to get it right. He disposed of the excess concrete and old cast iron and left the site relatively clean (there was some small amount of rubble and pvc dust leftover that I swept up with a broom and dustpan and then vacuumed up).

I would use this service again if I could afford the full price, and that's why the 'B' overall .  The other reason I rank them a 'B' on professionalism, and this is true of many kinds of repair/remodel people that come into your home, is their boots are dirty from other jobs, etc., and they don't put covers on them or take them off. So that is a general comment, not just this service.  Once they've cleaned a drain, they are standing in the shower running water to make sure everything works, what do you think is going to happen next? The floors and carpets get dirty from the wet, dirty boots and then it's clean up time for you.  That's exactly what happened.  My hallway carpet has to replaced because of a bathroom remodel. Be sure to ask them when they arrive, most have the boot covers in their trucks. Otherwise they are professional.
