Recent Review: Adam and Pat do very good work and at a very affordable rate.  Both are very friendly and knowledgeable. Adam is very honest and upfront about what he is capable/comfortable doing and what is recommended.  He won't suggest repairs that aren't needed. They did a great job on installing a vanity in an old 1930's bathroom and removing a wood burning stove, including repair of the roof.  This is the second time I've used Adam's services and no complaints from me.  I've always been impressed with the time Adam spends during the estimating process.  He wants to be as close to the original estimate as possible.  Definitely would recommend his services.  The above are just a few examples of work he's done for me.  The biggest plus is that I know he is honest.

Recent Review: Everything was great! The old toilet had leaked a bit so he used extra wax to make sure this one wouldn't. The new pipes look very professional and he did a good job in hooking up the new sink. He also hung around to help figure out why the new toilet was leaking a little, and successfully resolved it. Overall the plumber was very knowledgeable and I would definitely use them again.

Recent Review: They tried valiantly to find a ready-made vanity that would work and when that effort failed they provided the perfect custom vanity and did the installation beautifully while I was out of town. I highly recommend them and would use them exclusively if the occasion should arise again.

Recent Review: After the initial contact with the Ganser foreman in August, I didn't get any response on when the project would begin. ?I contacted Ganser a few times to find out when they would be starting the project without getting any response. ?I would have appreciated it if they would have given me some feedback. ?My experience with the remodeling was a nightmare. ?The company who was to do the kitchen was from Green Bay. ?I was told they would come down, remove the countertops. take measurements and set the countertop back on my cupboards. ?They removed all the countertops, sink, garbage disposal and faucets leaving me with no work space and no way to do my dishes since I couldn't use my dishwasher. ?It took them a week to come down to put things back. ?They messed up the countertops, had to come back and take them out and do them over. ?This took another week. ?When they came back the second time, they hadn't measured correctly and had to go back and redo them again. ?They also did my bathroom counter and had to redo that also. ?It took them 3 times to put everything together. ?The only saving grace was Greg from The Ganser Company. ?He was always on time, was very professional and did a wonderful job on the installation work he perform. ?I would certainly have him do additional work for me.

Recent Review: I was replacing the counter top on my bathroom vanity. The faucet also needed replacing. decided to hire a professional instead of a Do-it-yourself and boy am I glad I did. Things in my house tend to be and quot;not quite standardand quot; and apparently the plumbing is no different. Chris came and disconnected the old faucet without a problem, then came back the next day to attach the new one. Of course the fitting didn't quite work. He went to the nearest hardware store to see if they had the right piece - they didn't - so he had to go somewhere else the next day, and then make another trip to my house to attach the faucet. Considering he made three total trips to my house for this little faucet project, I really felt I got a bargain when I got the bill for $185. Just a nice guy to work with.

I made an appointment and was scheduled for 2 weeks later, at 6pm (I made a written note). On the day, my wife and I spent a fair amount of time preparing - moving stuff out of the tiny bathroom to make room for work, clearing the stuff from inside the old vanity, moving the new vanity and faucet  near the bathroom. 45 minutes after the appointed time I called and was told the appointment was for 7pm. I wanted this done, so I said OK, even though I'd made a note for 6pm. At 8:45pm we gave up waiting. No call from JB. This was extremely disappointing, especially since we chose JB over others who also had a 2-week wait time. Now we had to go through the process again of finding someone to do this job. I realize JB works a day shift and can only come at night. Not a big problem for us, but there was no explanation forthcoming why he didn't show up.
