Everything went very well! We live in a house that was built in 1886 with a very tiny bathroom added on in 1931. Bud handled the entire project to include demolition, carpentry, electric, plumbing, sink/toilet/tub installation, and painting. Details: Bud knocked out a wall separating existing bathroom and a small bedroom closet behind it, thus expanding the bathroom to a size that would allow the addition of a bathtub and surround (previously only a small shower would fit). He stripped the entire room down to the studs to include the walls, ceiling, and floor. After doing electric and new plumbing, the walls, floor, and ceiling were added, followed by fixtures, new toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, and tub/shower. Bud finished the project with a beautiful paint job, trim, and a new, larger entry door. Old houses can be a challenge and we did uncovered a few issues after demolition. Bud was resourceful, creative, and skilled at finding a solution to overcome each one. If you need someone who can do it all and who stands behind his work, Bud is your man!
