Very impressed with Sergei. He was on time, professional and went above expectations in fixing work that wasn't initially identified in the bidding process. He and his crew took their shoes off without being asked upon entering and beginning work. They also took care to keep a clean work area and cleaned up the entire space upon completion of the job. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend his firm to anyone in need of a great plumber.

ANORTHWEST PLUMBING & HEATING
He determined that the people who put in my shower put it in wrong. He said what he had to do was to wait a couple of weeks to let it dry out because it was wet. We waited two weeks and then he came back to reseal it. He did a good job and was honest about it. I had no problem with what he did. He said this was the cheapest way to go about doing this. He also said if it did not work then we would have to take out the whole shower and everything. He would have had to re-plumb everything so this was the work-around. He combined his charges because he made two visits and kind of gave us a discount. He was on time and did good work.

I had a shower that did not have a pee trap. Tom noticed it when he was out fixing my toilet last September. I put it off for awhile to get it fixed, but knew who to call for the best deal and service, as I was very pleased last time and this time with his quote, work, and final price, which was almost $50 less then estimated/quoted. Tom did the work in the mid morning and came back later in the day to make sure that everything worked right. IT did.

We've called Pat at Holly's a number of times over the past year and he does a top notch job every time without fail. We fix homes and call Pat anytime we have a plumbing issue. He's installed showers, dishwashers, replaced faucets, repaired/replaced broken pipes, fixed bad plumbing done by prior people. We also recommend him to everyone that needs a plumber.

Got the referral from Angie's List.  He came in 2 days, as there was no emergency.  He took care of the plugged drains in the shower and bathroom sink.  He also fixed a toilet that kept recycling -- needed new insides because the old ones were so brittle.  He went and got the parts; was back a short amount of time.  He was at our home approximately 30 minutes total.  He was very prompt -- came exactly when he said he would come.  He was very friendly, and handled the problems in a very professional manner.  He gave us a senior citizen discount without our even asking!  I would recommend him to anyone who has plumbing problems.  Thanks for a good referral.

Tom is both a professional plumber and a very likeable guy.  He is more than happy to share his thoughts and opinions, and offer suggestions on how to best complete your project.  I was in the process of adding a basement bathroom to a storage area where the builder had just stubbed in supply lines, and installed a sump well.  Tom helped me strategize framing, sizing components and even placement of lighting & fan fixtures.  We looked at options for faucets/trim and he even took the time to explain the differences between what he provides, and what you see at Home Depot.  He was a tremendous help all the way around. Overall the entire project took 2 full days, with the first day dedicated to jackhammering concrete and setting drain and supply lines.  Tom's assistant did most of the drain work, while Tom installed the supplies. Both did a great job, and I was shocked at how much they actually got done in one day.  Tom then came back when everything was complete to make sure his assistant's work was up to his standards. Once I patched the concrete, finished up the drywall, texture and paint, Tom came back to set the shower pan and install valves on the toilet and sink supply lines.  This went pretty quickly, and I couldn't be happier with the work, and the fact that I now have a go-to plumber next time I need one. Highly Recommended!!!!

I called and Richard answered the phone himself. He was on a job but said he would be at our house when he finished. He was at my door in less than 45 minutes. He went straight to work to assess the problem and gave me a thorough description of the problem that he saw and the options that he thought would be best. We discussed them together and he was very helpful in deciding the best course of action. He laid down a tarp that caught all of the mess from the repairs. He worked quickly but took the time that the repair required. He was very nice and pleasant to talk with while waiting for the cement to harden to ensure that the repair was complete. I would only call him in the future and would recommend him to all of my family and friends. The leak has not returned in the two weeks since Richard fixed it.

ACoeur d'Alene Sheet Metal & Heating LTD
Our house was built in 1980 on two separate crawl spaces and our laundry room was so small that it was impossible to open the dryer door because the hot water heater was in the way. We had Coeur d'Alene Sheet Metal, aka Crown Home Services, move the hot water heater to the garage, hook up the washer and dryer, and add a 220 volt outlet in the garage for tools. There were several people, including Mark Thomas, involved including an electrician and plumber. They had to build a stand for the hot water heater and a metal pipe protector. This was for code requirements. Each person followed code requirements, for which we are very pleased. While the electrician was here, he checked our outlets in the bathrooms and kitchen for cfi's. They had to come back to fix a problem with the washing machine, but they were very prompt! We called CHS again to replace our 2 leaking hose spigots, replacing them with frost-free ones. That was done June 26. We called and within a week Ryan, a plumber, was there! This time the cost was more than we had anticipated, $663; but it did need to be done. Before doing the work, Ryan evaluated the situation and gave an estimate of cost and time. Also, at this time, we arranged to have someone come and give us an estimate to replace a not-safe-to-use see-through fireplace with a gas one. Mark Thomas came June 28. He said that he would check out possibilities and let us know his results next week. He called that same day, with the results of his search for a see-through gas fireplace, which is turning out to be not possible because of the existing size. We are awaiting the results of the research of a single-sided gas fireplace. The most amazing characteristic of Coeur d'Alene Sheet Metal, aka Crown Home Services, is that they respond very quickly. One doesn't have to wait a long time for an appointment. They also do emerigency calls first. Another thing that I like about them is that the servicemen call about 16 minutes before coming to give notification of estimated time of arrival. That really helps me.

We enjoyed his professionalism as well as being easy to talk to. He gave us helpful hints for DIY projects instead of paying for things that we could do. He is now the plumber I will call if anything goes awry.
