Job estimate was that it would take 2-3 hours and cost approximately $200-280. The job took longer, cost was $326. I did appreciate that they gave a discount for the "half day rate", however that started when it went hit the 4 hour mark. I had to finish clean up--some clean up was done, but some chunks of debris was not cleaned up, and I still need to erase the pencil markings around the door on the inside wall. I also had to caulk the exterior portion. I also requested estimates on installing a ventilation fan in a bathroom and adding a railing on the deck, which I have not received. The craftsman was nice and polite.

AHandyman Matters Of Spokane
These are things I would not feel skilled do myself and I had wondered who to call. I'd decided to move to a different house close by with a better floor plan and garage space for my pets. The new house needed some small updates such as the lights. "Handyman" Scott was prompt and easygoing, got the lights in and the door ready. It was a good day and a relief to have these details accomplished. Before I scheduled the work, I corresponded with Cindy, who was welcoming and informative. Everything went as scheduled, and I'd be glad to use Handyman Matters for the next "to do" list. Thanks!

AHandyman Matters Of Spokane
Dave, Jeff, Greg, Rich, and Scott are a great group of guys. They have helped us reach every goal we set out to do so far. The work has been somewhat tedious so far and they performed brilliantly. Dave was also able to recommend several companies to help with other issues such as electrical and HVAC. We decided to take down the popcorn ceiling and it turned into more than we bargained for. I didn't know the ceiling had to be textured and knowing this meant we couldn't move into the living room yet, I was stressing. Dave put his arm around me and said don't worry I'll call someone and get it done ASAP. And he did!! The work continues with round 2 of repairs. But so far everything is going great and we couldn't have picked a better company.
