Recent Review: Andrew and team were amazing!! My cabinets are 15 years old but the look brand new and beautiful. Since cabinet painting is primarily what they do, they have it down to a perfect science and the proof is in the results. Andrew matched the exact color that I wanted. He and his team were professional, respectful and I highly recommend them if you want to have the look of brand new cabinets without paying the price for them.

Recent Review: We love our new kitchen and felt the price was reasonable for the quality we received.  The remodel took longer than expected and there was an issue with the final price because of a misquote for the flooring.  We felt the project could have been better managed and completed in less time, but overall we are satisfied with the result.

ACASCADE KITCHENS
Job was done at the price quoted and installation finished on time.  Quality was very good.  They were easy to work with.

Work was well done. Ordering was poorly executed and a job that should have taken 2 weeks took over 6 weeks. Some damages was done to the hardwood floors and Keystone Kitchens say that they did not do the damage. The installer said the tape had done the damage and the owner refuses to acknowledge that. Too bad for us.

We had our cabinets refaced about 8 years ago and they were in need of a little repair work. Some corners had lifted, and one section had torn loose. The original person that did the work had passed away, so we needed to find someone new. Mike did a fantastic job - the small tear is not visible unless you know where to look and look very closely. The loose corners were also re-glued. He was on time to all appointments and the repair was reasonably priced. All communications were prompt and professional.

FNorthwest Interiors & Design
LOOK SOMEPLACE ELSE OTHER THAN NORTHWEST INTERIORS AND DESIGN. What would be YOUR take on the following? RANDY OLIVER, owner of Northwest Designs and Interiors, promised IN WRITING a refund to us if the electrical part of his work for us came in under the $1095 that was budgeted. It did; the sub-contracted electrician was at our home for 3.5 hours at $95/hour. Do the math...doesn't come up to $1095 does it. The difference is what he owes us. When it came time to pay up RANDY OLIVER responded, again IN WRITING, that "NO" the earlier written commitment he had made was 'no longer valid', he wasn't going to honor the earlier commitment, and offered no explanation. We had had no disagreement between us up to that point. Nothing. There was no verbal misunderstanding, it was all in writing and agreed to. We promptly paid RANDY OLIVER'S company $18,000+...the total he asked for the work they did. BUT WHAT DO YOU THINK? Were we misled and taken advantage of? Would you want to do business with someone who goes back on his word to his customers? I hope not. Look someplace else. If you don't, you may find RANDY OLIVER, as we did, to be a smiling, 'back slappin', good ol' guy type of person. He gave us all the indications of being a decent, respectful, thoughtful business person....at the beginning. HE IS NOT, in our experience. Please, cross Northwest Interiors and Design off your list and look for other companies who deal with customers in a more honest, respectful and business-like manner. Please find another vendor for your work. This place is not trustworthy. And if you can't trust your contractor you are in for trouble. Folks, I'm not kidding. Find another source. This guy simply cannot be trusted.

We were told work would start on Monday at 8:30 am and be done by Saturday. Our job was finished on Thursday. Mike, our installer was knowledgable and courteous. He cleaned up his mess each day and at the end of the job. About a week after the job was complete, I noticed there was some residue under the edge of my counters. I called the office and they immediately sent someone out to fix the problem. I would not hesistate to use Heritage Homecraft again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of cabinet refacing. As far as we were concerned, they did everything right!

This is our second time using this company and we could not be happier with the results!  The whole team is wonderful and very respectful of our home.  The project manager, Mike was great during our initial visit, Jason did another fantastic job with the countertops and Cody made our cabinets look great!  We would highly recommend them for cabinet refacing and countertops to anyone.  Looks like we have three brand new bathrooms for a great price!  The others that came out to help were so good at their job also ( I just don't know their names!).

Great! Jennifer Ballard was great at helping us figure out colors and designs, down to the knobs and handles on the cabinets! Tom Busch was a great project manager. He did quality work, he quickly responded to all of our questions or needs, was really attentive to the details, no matter how small, and went above and beyond what we could have expected. Kitchen Plus was so busy and so requested by people that we had to book out 6 months for the remodel, but it was well worth the wait. I'd use them again in a heartbeat, and I'd specifically ask for Jennifer and Tom!
