Recent Review: After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in. After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation. It has added several additional months to our porch usage in our short Minnesota summer seasons. I highly recommend this product for any new screen porch or porch renovation job!

Recent Review: They were great to work with. There were some leaks afterwards which can be normal, Robert was really good at following through. Robert was patient in waiting for us to save the money and he honored the estimate he gave us a year before. I have recommended them to other people.

Recent Review: Speedy Anjeles/crew did a wonderful job of repairing a concrete sidewalk that had been damaged.  We wanted to make sure that the repair would match the current concrete sidewalk and not look like a repair.  The sidewalk was a washed aggregate, and it can be difficult to match.  The repair matched perfectly, and we could not be happier with it. They also added a new front porch to our home and did a wonderful job.  The crew was prompt, courteous, respectful of our landscaping and completed the job beyond our expectations.  And, as an added big bonus their price was very reasonable.  We recommend them highly.

Recent Review: Both projects went as expected. No real hitches. Not the cheapest work, but these jobs had been hanging over us for awhile.

Recent Review: From the start of our job Stoya was professional, made excellent recommendations, showed up when she said she would and was a extremely diligent worker.  She is a perfectionist and accomplished her tasks in a timely manner.  She's understanding of the stress involved with remodeling and is a careful listener. The best contractor I have ever had in my home.  I purchased some materials with her direction. She also had dead trees removed and hauled away all debris for $1800 which included seven cedars and one giant birch tree. Excellent company.

Recent Review: I don't know why the other reviewers had bad experiences. My experience with Mark Vincent and his foreman, Darrel, was superior.  I provided a detailed statement of work and Mark went over the expectations thoroughly.  Prompt quote within a couple of days.  He was the least expensive of 3 quotes, all of whom were capable and I'd recommend for other jobs and all references were positive and honest. We had just purchased the home and it was dated (built in 1974). There was damage to the roof structure when an addition was built 11 years before.  With the other roof work needed in the remodel, it was decided to replace the roof and repair the truss-work. The existing large deck was covered and partially enclosed.  MV workers helped by making an in-work modification to the enclosure to allow me to remove a couple of wall sections when I'm ready to install a hot tub.  I now regret not having them replace the deck at the same time.  2 years later, it is now necessary.  I'll have MV back to bid on that job. I removed most of the carpet from the house and supplied the materials for tile floors in the kitchen and baths and laminate wood for the rest of the house.  Mark's son does have a talent for arranging the tile in interesting patterns; he doesn't just slap it down. The kitchen was taken down to studs and rearranged to provide optimal spacing. The dropped ceiling with fluorescent lights was raised and light cans installed.  Custom cabinets and sink installed.  NOTE:  Let the cabinet supplier install the cabinets.  My custom cabinet supplier had to come in and redo a lot of the finish work and alignment. Sunken living room floor was raised to match the rest of the house.  New concrete front porch and steps poured. Miscellaneous plumbing, electrical, and concrete work was performed.  All workers and subs were very diligent and professional.  I enjoyed the prompt completion of work, attention to detail, and being notified with problems or concerns were found.  e.g. sill-plate rot was found in 3 separate locations and was repaired for nominal cost. I will contact Mark Vincent when I'm ready to start phase 2 of the remodel.

Chris was punctual and very professional. He went over the work we needed in great detail, and explained everything he planned on doing and why, including the use of vacuum attachments to remove any lead containing paint particles during sanding. The only reason I did not contract with Chris to perform the work was because I needed it done within two weeks of receiving the estimate (I'm selling my house), and he was already involved in other ongoing projects during this time period. I would not hesitate to work with Chris on any future projects I have.
