Recent Review: Chuck came to check the damage caused by a leak in the house. He was recommended to me by the plumber who fixed the leak. Chuck was prompt and professional. The leak was small, and minimal repairs were required. He advised me on how to do it myself, and did not charge for the trip or advice. I would definitely contact again if I have a similar problem in the future.

Reviews in Bellevue to Remove Water

ATHE PHINNEY RIDGE CO
All work was performed neatly and meticulously. Tom is very cost-conscious and tries to complete jobs for less than his bid amount. We had some partial sheets of drywall on hand, and he was able to use some of that so that no newly purchased drywall was required, reducing expense and waste. Having hired Tom for some previous jobs, I have found that he has an impressive range of skills, is forthright about his ability to perform a repair, and is always motivated to do top-notch work. My only complaint is that his reputation has gotten good enough that his schedule is too full.

They do not do work in Seattle. Below is the message I received. Thank you for your inquiry with Gallagher Construction. Unfortunately, we will be unable to assist you in your project as we don't usually take on projects in Seattle. We wish you the best in your search. Respectfully, Brian K. Swedick

A1-800 Water Damage Seattle
My house was water damaged from a broken pip. 1-800 Water Damage showed up and Gerardo explained what they would be doing to save my home and in four days it was dry like he said.

AEastside Residential Renovations
It started with a little mold in a corner. It ended with ~10 years worth of undisclosed and undiscovered water damage for a leaking tub that caused the upper floor to sag nearly 1-1/2" out of level on a structural intersection of no less than 5 rooms. Thanks previous owner! Mark managed everything between my emotions, the budget, and the chaos to get everything back in square and plumb. That was even after a previous non-permitted remodel challenged the repair with shoddy DIY electrical and plumbing that had to be redone as we went along. Sorry about that unmarked hot wire laid bare in wall...I swear I had no idea. Absolutely one of the best repairman I've ever worked with -- meticulous and reasonable to a fault -- he fixes the hack jobs others left behind. I wouldn't hesitate to hire again!

ASignature Restoration LLC
Andrew Lomakin of Signature Restoration – Professional, Honest, Thorough, Approachable, Timely, Efficient and Respectful I had the opportunity to work with Andrew when needing to restore my home due to water damage. This was my first experience hiring a contractor and thankfully a friend, who had previously worked with Andrew, recommended that I call him. Andrew was very thorough in determining what would be needed to fully restore my home. He was able to clearly and effectively communicate with our insurance company, advocating for us when there were differences between the appraisals. Andrew understood how unnerving this experience was for me and my family, as it affected ceilings, walls and floors in most of our home. He genuinely cared that we would be displaced while the restoration was being completed and stayed true to the agreed timeline. He was 100% true to his word. Andrew ALWAYS responded when I called with questions. Andrew and Alex, and the extensive team of talented craftsmen that Andrew brought into our home, were not only qualified but they were also very personable and respectful. Andrew is the first person I would call or recommend to anyone with home restoration issues. I truly do not know what our family would have done without him!

AH2O Dry
Super quick to come out to setup the equipment to dry out water damaged area. They were really careful to use heavy plastic to cordon off the affected area and were meticulous. It did take a while to schedule the drywall repair, but again the various crews sent out were meticulous and professional. The owner, Cesar F., is somewhat difficult to reach on the phone and email seems to be the best way to communicate with him. Overall, I recommend them and, while I hope that the need never again arises, I would not hesitate to use them again.

A24/7 Flood & Fire
iWe had had our christmas tree up for two weeks in the family room (lower level of a split level house), in the corner adjacent to the outside wall on one side, and the wall adjoining the crawl space underneath the kitchen on the other side of the corner. At that point, there was no evidence of the baseboard or wall exhibiting water damage. We took the tree down early morning of the 3rd, and noticed what had happened. The baseboard on the wall adjoining the crawl space was warped, and the wall an inch or two above it was damp. Also, some of the water had seeped into the carpeting a few inches from the wall (about 6-8 square feet or so). I was concerned that a pipe had burst, given there was some subfreezing weather the week before, and was expecting a rather expensive repair/cleanup, so we scoured Angies List for reputable companies, and found 24/7 Flood Response. We gave them a call and they were able to make it out to our house within a couple hours. Jason was very friendly and explained everything he was doing so it made sense to us. Within a half hour, we knew that the leak had some from a very slow dripping outdoor faucet directly outside the crawl space, which had seeped through the house siding/concrete, collected on top of a concrete wall and seeped through from there into the house. Fortunately the damage was pretty minor and just required some moisture removal to dry things out both inside and in the crawl space. Jason pointed me out to where to find the moisture in the crawl space before any work began, and explained the problem solution and estimate of the cost beforehand. We also received a reassurance that if for some reason things weren't dry within the 3 days, he'd give us an extra day of equipment rental free to make sure the problem was solved. It took 3 days of running the equipment to get the moisture levels to "within range" (Jason showed us this with a moisture reading device on the walls). The wall didn't require any drywall repair, and the only thing I had left to do was to replace the baseboard, of which I have plenty of spare material left over from when I had installed it a couple years prior. Jason's service was exemplary, the price was within reason, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use 24/7 Flood Control again! Thank you Jason!
