Recent Review: Matt responded immediately and set up appointment. He was professional, on time, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. Worked from both up on the roof and inside the house. Did a great job at a reasonable price- very happy, highly recommend! 😀
Recent Review: I think Mr. Wickline only returns calls in the mornings so it sometimes took 24 hrs. to get a return call but overall he communicated clearly on pricing and availability. His sons came out to do the work and were very pleasant to deal with. They recommended a chimney cap but didn't make me feel bad about not wanting to buy their expensive one. They cleaned up after themselves. Overall it was a good experience.

Took a very long time to get an appointment. Man did not sweep chimney as the inspection showed we are out of compliance. He was very late (due to an emergency at another location) and it was dark. He gave use some information about what we could do to fix the chimney.

I used this company for the second year in a row. They are very personable and did a great job. Definitely will hire again. Only minor issue was I clicked the option on Angie's List asking them to contact me to set up an appointment, and never heard from them. My guess would be that it was a website issue, not an issue with the company.

Ryan and his helper arrived on time and got right to work. They both were respectful and pleasant and made no mess. Climbed on roof to inspect chimney and informed me there were some cracks that can be taken care of later.

Ryan was very professional, friendly, and did a great job. He thoroughly inspected the fireplace and chimney, inside and out. He took photos of the chimney while he was on the roof so he could show me what was going on up there. He was very helpful and explained everything he did and what he found. He pointed out a potential problem with the mortar in the bricks on the chimney shoulder, but was very clear that it was okay to wait on that and see what develops and didn't try to push me into an unnecessary repair. Just gave me a quote on the fix. I will definitely use him again. In fact, I'm going to have him clean my gutters later this month. Highly recommend!

Very punctual. Ryan and co-worker arrived on time specified. They were very efficient and helpful in explaining what was going on. Ryan informed us of a problem area that may require attention in a year. Left area clean and spotless. We would recommend their service to others.

Went OK, they were professional and on time. Left a bit of a mess with drier duct cleaning outside. They recommended about $3000 in chimney repairs but we passed.

Extremely well, finished rapidly as it was not dirty, so examined soundness of wood storage in adjoining brick chimney unit, then assisted in instructions for turning on valve for gas logs.

Couldn't have gone better! Matt had a cancellation and was able to visit earlier than scheduled. After the chimney inspection he provided pictures and explanation for the items he found. I elected to do the work he suggested. Even though the dryer vent was difficult to access he was still able to reach and clean it out. He also found an issue with my dryer power cable that has since prompted me to replace it. Sorry Matt for turning on the dryer when you were behind it (it blew lint dust into his face/hair!). I have nothing but high regards for the professionalism and personal service provided. Chimney USA will be my go to for all things chimney and dryer vent for now on,
