Business Description: At Valley Fresh Carpet Care we offer a quality carpet cleaning at an unbeatable price. We do a dry moist cleaning, which unlike a pressure or steam cleaning, dry moist has a lot less dry time. Also, it does not leave the carpet with an odor. This is a new owner-operated business but we have been doing this kind of work for almost 5 years.

Recent Review: We just bought a home where we installed beautiful Mowhawk Smartstrand carpeting.  On moving day, I laid down some of that clear, adhesive plastic carpet protector (the stuff that comes on a roll) to protect my brand new, beautiful carpet from all the moving traffic. It worked great until I had to pull it off the next day where it left a sticky residue on my new carpet!!!!!! I knew I had to take care of this fast or else dirt would get stuck and embedded in the fibers and possibly permanently stain.  I called Superior Fabric because I wanted a company that knew what it was doing to take care of my problem.  Since (fortunately) only my main hallway was affected, I also had them steam clean the grout in my tile kitchen. Superior showed up on time and couldn't have sent a more professional and informed crew.  Not surprisingly, they've delt with this problem before and cleaned my carpet back to it's original glory.  The kitchen/laundry room tile looks brand new. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!  Lesson learned...stay away from that adhesive carpet protector crap!

Recent Review: The salesman at the showroom quickly provided a simple and understandable explanation of why a house inspector had told me that I could not have ceramic tile installed in my kitchen (cabinets would have to be raised to allow for the greater height of the tiles, possible for a complete kitchen redo but not practical when all I wanted was a new kitchen floor). That taken care of, he steered me to the best options (vinyl tile or sheet).  I took home several samples to chose among.  The person coming to measure the floor arrived on time (actually a little early) and provided an estimate the same day. The estimate of timing for ordering and scheduling installation of the tiles was accurate. The installers removed the old tiles and the old subfloor (damaged and not in good condition -- some of the old peal-and-stick tiles had come off over the years and exposed parts of the old subfloor to wear and water).  Moving the furniture and the removal and installation of the new subfloor and vinyl tiles in the kitchen and foyer was done efficiently and took most of the day.  The installation supervisor consulted with me when it came time to decide how to align the tiles in the kitchen with those in the foyer (straight grout line to grout line or grout line to middle of tile).  I chose the latter and think I made the right choice.  He was also patient with an inexperienced homeowner when, glancing down at the kitchen from the top of the stairs, I mistook the new much lighter subfloor for the new tile. The installation was done well and looks good. When I asked about care and maintenance information I was told that I would receive it in the mail, which I did.  I don't know if that is standard procedure or because I specifically asked about it, but it is appreciated since I want to keep the floor looking good.

FPettit's Home Improvement
Grout cracked and tiles started to come up almost immediately after floor was laid and Mr. Pettit was paid. We let him know the next day that the tiles were coming up, to which he responded "I sort of thought that after looking at that floor the way it had give to it." Then why did you lay the tile on it without securing it?? After a month of contacts- always initiated by me-, promises to come and fix the issues, and excuses (severe headaches, lost his crew, fell off a ladder, was in the hospital, auto accident), he finally came, pulled up the tiles, started working on securing the sub floor, and we never saw him again. Do not trust this man!!
