Recent Review: We used Haynes Plumbing twice for two different services. First we had them install a gas line for our newly bought townhouse which only had an electricity stove. The work went well. Their plumbers came out on time, and finished the job within several hours. We were happy with the new gas line. The second time when we called the company was to have them inspect our shower faucet that had a small water flow. The same plumbers came out, turned on the shower faucet, and decided that the problem was caused by the original cartridge in the shower faucet. They replaced it with a new one and caulked the shower plate cover. We thought the water flow problem was addressed, however, when we took a shower, we had almost the same amount of water coming out, and worse yet, water leaked through the wall to the furnace on the second level and the ceiling on the ground level. We called the company, John (i guess he is the owner) came to our house and fixed the problem. He took the same plumbers with him and showed them where they did wrong the previous day. John also refunded half of the invoice for the job. I was not happy about the water leakage, however, I was impressed with how the company handled the situation. I hope we won't have any plumbing issues for the house, but if we need plumbers in the future, we will give them a call again, but we will request John for any future services.
Recent Review: Danny and his team do top quality work. I am thrilled with every service they have provided to us. Every time we have needed work done, Danny has been able to accommodate us quickly. He and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Recent Review: The technician arrived early, was very personable and helpful. Took care of shutting off the gas line and then looked at a plumbing problem we had. Gave us some helpful advice on how to fix it ourselves at a fraction of the cost.
Recent Review: I called several plumbing contractors for estimates for the work to be done. Some contractors did not even bother to return my call. I ended up with 3 estimates. Gainsville plumbing had the lowest price and because they had good grades in Angie's List I went with them. The contractors showed up on time for both the estimate and when the actual work was performed. They were well prepared when they got there. No one had to run up to Lowes to get additional material as I have experienced with many contractors. They finished the work in one day, tested the lines and labeled them. The cleaned up after themselves. I was happy with the appearance of the reconfigured gas lines and feel that they are much safer now.
Recent Review: There was a gas leak leading to my stovetop. Brandon and his associate came in and analyzed the problem, hoping that the leak would be at one end or the other of the gas line but unfortunately it was in the middle somewhere. We decided it would be best to run a new gas line rather than try to locate the leak in my ceiling, especially considering there may be more than one problem area. They ran a new gas line, with better quality materials than the original as well as pointed out and repaired other problems which the original installer of the gas line left us. I feel very confident now that the job is done right. They were professional, friendly and very thorough, and left the place in better shape than they found it. I will definitely call Brandon again for any plumbing needs.
Recent Review: The Frugal Rooter plumber, Jim, did an excellent job on all the work mentioned above, and I could clearly see that the effort and attention to detail he put forth was the same as if he was working on his own house. Installation of the new gas lines went as expected. However, the laundry room project proved to be little more difficult than first thought and also called for the rerouting of the dryer vent among other things. In the end though, the laundry room project turned out much better than I expected, and it was a huge improvement from the old and dysfunctional set up I had before. I am next planning on renovating my bathrooms and will be contacting them again to do the plumbing work.

Recent Review: I have no complaints about the service. However, I thought the price of $250 for a half hour's work was excessive. I called the company to inquire about the price and their response was that they had high insurance and certification costs and that the price was the price. Whatever their costs, they clearly are not prorating them in line with the length, complication, danger and criticallity of the work. Bottom line: I feel ripped off.
The plumber was prompt and the work was performed to my satisfaction at a great price. The gentleman who showed up was very friendly and worked extremely hard. Rate was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. There was no attempt to upsell me on unneeded services.

ABanks Gas Services
I was informed on a Tuesday night that my gas line was condemned by Columbia gas. Called Tom that night and he actually answered! He said he would come by the next morning and give me an estimate. He did that (lower than other 2 estimates I got). The next day (Thursday) his guys showed up promptly at 9am and got to work. They were very personable and professional. The job they did was top notch and they actually didn't have dig up the entire yard! Great job!

ACool Breeze Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning
Matt provided a full service of older AC high velocity system including repair and replacement of broken condensation tube; Angie's Big Deal was for $59 service; extra $50 for repair/replacement, which I considered fair as Matt spent almost 2 hours on the job. For an additional $59 special price, Matt returned to repair gas leak in our furnace; he'd smelled slight gas odor while servicing AC, as my wife had, too, and fixed it, checked out burner, leaving both AC and furnace in good shape for total of $168; a good deal.

AAll Plumbing Inc
Since our unit was the furthest away from the gas meter, Kabir and his team had to cut into the drywall of other units to locate the source of the gas leak. The gas leak was discovered between the second and third units. The repair to the gas line and restoration of the drywall was made in a few hours. Kabir oversaw his team during this complicated repair and stayed with them the entire time. He sent a small crew to patch up the drywall inside other units and repainted to match even custom colors. Kabir was professional and courteous and reasonable with his pricing.

Bob's price was the highest of the three contractors we contacted but he also provided the most thorough estimate so there were few surprises (except the water heater, which just happened to break) on the job. We had other contractors do the counter and cabinet members install and he was very flexible about working around the other contractors. We also appreciated that he was very responsive to emails and personally on the job doing QA/QC on the subs and his employees.

AJiffy Plumbing & Heating, Inc.
I had an excellent experience. with Jiffy Plumbing today. Bobby S. competed the last phase of a project, which included moving a gas line for a new stove and capping off our old gas line after a renovation of our kitchen. The work was completed quickly and expertly. I anticipate using Jiffy again for other projects large and small.

Dwyer did a great job installing our new Rinai tankless water heater. They had to tap into our gas line and install 30 feet of new gas line for the Rinai. They also removed our old water heater. The installation went smoothly and the new Rinai works great.

AJohn Nugent & Sons Inc
I emailed the John Nugent & Sons regarding a gas line issue. They called me back early the next morning and with their expertise over the phone they answered all my questions and determined that I actually really didn't need any work done. The receptionist was kind, helpful and professional. I will call them in the future for sure when I do have work to be done.

AThe Plumbing Dr
We had Larry and Marlon out to replace some old water lines after we replaced the existing kitchen cabinets and appliances. We also added a new gas line for an upgrade to a gas range. Dr. Bill (the owner) originally came out for our estimate, and we learned a lot from him. Overall we were very happy with the Plumbing Dr - they called 15 minutes ahead and came exactly when they said they would on the days they came to our house. Once inside our house, Larry and Marlon were careful to lay down floor protection and wore booties - both avoiding damage while they worked as well as cleaning up any mess after they were done. Apart from all that, their work was high-quality and they did it all with a can-do, cheerful attitude and answered our questions whenever we had them. When we had a scheduling issue after our appliances were backordered, Tracy in the office was also great to work with - flexible and responsive (and nice!). Safe to say, I hope we don't have any plumbing needs in our future - but if we do, they are our first call.
