Recent Review: I spoke to their service manager on Friday. I expected a call Monday because by the time, I thought I determined what I needed, it was already late Friday afternoon. Chris, the Service Manager called me back. He recommended that they come out and determine the problem instead of telling me something erroneous over the phone. I appreciated their promptness and honesty; moreover, me not wondering over the weekend if I would have to delay this project. I scheduled the visit for Tuesday with no problem.It went very well. I researched my topic and saw videos on how to do the work (we thought) needed. Robert Harvey, our plumber, went through the steps-textbook. He followed all the procedures (and more because he is a professional) that we would have followed had we opened-up a book and went about figuring out the problem. I was very happy about him being methodical. While determining the water pressure, he discovered that we damaged our outside faucet ( we left the hose attached for part of the winter).Once he determined the course of action, he gave me an estimate. He fixed it all in one day. Just a couple of hours. Very hard worker. He encountered a plastic valve and he replaced it with a brass fitting.He also gave me an estimate for fixing the faucet which I will schedule along with pumping-out the septic tank.Robert was very professional, he honored the Angie's list coupon. I also have to say, that I asked a lot of questions. I didn't hover, but I want to learn what is being done in my house. Robert was patient and explained everything very well. He also gave me his card, in case my husband, or I have questions later on. They also guarantee their work.So far, so good. When I have them do the next repair, I will update on how this one is working, but I am having them come back.
