Business Description: Searching for a plumbing company that does it all? Whether its a simple renovation or a full custom job, Smith plumbing is right for you. We tackle each job, small or large, with the same vigor, expertise and integrity. Our goal is to meet the needs of our clients each and every time. We'll meet with you upfront to get an idea of what you're looking for and then put together a proposal for you. Our projects are delivered on budget and on time. Smith plumbing is insured, licensed and bonded, and we follow stringent guidelines to ensure the safety of you and your home. . . . **** Please Note: Although we try to answer all calls, we are not a huge company with an answering service that may be able to, we are often servicing other customers. I work extremely hard and many nights/unusual times trying to cater to customers needs so I would appreciate, not receiving a bad review for not answering a phone/having time for new work, and yes, my voice mail often gets filled up by other customers... There are many companies that charge accordingly for high overhead and answering services they offer. Thanks much for your understanding ***

Recent Review: They seemed to do a very good job.   (Not being a plumber myself, I'll only really know a couple of years from now.) They were punctual, considerate, and seemed like a good bunch of guys.  Unless water starts coming out of my walls at some point, I'd hire them again.  (I don't anticipate any problems.) It seemed a little pricy, but pretty much any good plumber probably is.

Recent Review: I spoke to their service manager on Friday. I expected a call Monday because by the time, I thought I determined what I needed, it was already late Friday afternoon. Chris, the Service Manager called me back. He recommended that they come out and determine the problem instead of telling me something erroneous over the phone. I appreciated their promptness and honesty; moreover, me not wondering over the weekend if I would have to delay this project.  I scheduled the visit for Tuesday with no problem. It went very well. I researched my topic and saw videos on how to do the work (we thought) needed. Robert Harvey, our plumber, went through the steps-textbook. He followed all the procedures (and more because he is a professional) that we would have followed had we opened-up a book and went about figuring out the problem. I was very happy about him being methodical. While determining the water pressure, he discovered that we damaged our outside faucet ( we left the hose attached for part of the winter).Once he determined the course of action, he gave me an estimate. He fixed it all in one day. Just a couple of hours. Very hard worker. He encountered a plastic valve and he replaced it with a brass fitting. He also gave me an estimate for fixing the faucet which I will schedule along with pumping-out the septic tank.Robert was very professional, he honored the Angie's list coupon. I also have to say, that I asked a lot of questions. I didn't hover, but I want to learn what is being done in my house. Robert was patient and explained everything very well. He also gave me his card, in case my husband, or I have questions later on. They also guarantee their work.So far, so good. When I have them do the next repair, I will update on how this one is working, but I am having them come back.
