We choose C2 Operations for our roof replacement for several reasons. First, the team at C2 Operations took the time to explain the options available to us and why they were recommending the materials for our roof replacement. Second, the quality of the materials were excellent and definitely a significant improvement from our current roof materials. Third, the price quoted was very fair especially given the quality of materials. The installation crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day to install the roof with minimal interruption. A team member even came back the next day to ensure no debris remained on the property. We were impressed with the professionalism and the integrity of the entire crew! We will be recommending C2 Operations to all of our neighbors and friends.

If I had to get a new roof on another house, Ben / Dulles Roofing would be my first call. He did a great job on my roof. He was patient with all of my questions, walked me through all the details, gave good advice, and his team did a nice job.

Rich Banning came out promptly to survey the damage to my roof--the next day after I called. He provided a range of options beyond the simple roof repair, including adding soffit vents, using architectural shingles, and the possibility to add trim wrap to my house, but was never pushy when I chose not to some of the options. I did choose to add soffit venting, which will keep my attic better ventilated than it ever has been, and I'm pleased that Rich suggested I do so. I received the estimate promptly--within 3 days of Rich's visit. I received offers from 3 local roofing companies, and his was the lowest and offered the most (none of the other companies offered the ridgeline vent). The team came out promptly on the day scheduled, and completed the work in precisely the amount of time estimated -- 1.5 days -- despite the fact that they had to replace a number of sheets of plywood on my roof that had been damaged by water due to earlier leaks. Not only did they do a great job replacing the roof, they repainted all the vents on my roof to match the color of my trim (white). At the end of the job, Rich came back to be sure the team did a good job and that I was happy. He and his team were professional during the entire job and I would definitely recommend his work to everyone in the area.

Excellent job. My roof was damaged in a hailstorm earlier this year. Augustine was recommended to me by a friend and I contacted them along with two other companies to get quotes. Augustine was the first company to respond, and in fact completed the work before one of the three companies was even able to schedule a visit to my house to prepare an estimate. On the day of the actual job, a lot of guys showed up - at least 10, perhaps as many as a dozen. The work proceeded like a carefully choreographed ballet and the job was completed by early evening. Great care was taken throughout the job, including debris removal and cleanup. I can't imagine how many nails were removed as part of taking off the old shingles, but to date I have only found one stray nail on the ground around my house. Everyone was courteous and hard working. I was pleased to see that appropriate safety procedures were followed (safety lines, etc.). One nice touch - since it is hard to select a shingle color based on catalog pictures, Augustine sent me addresses of jobs in the neighborhood that they had recently done in the three different colors we were considering, so we were able to examples of their completed work as well as in situ examples the various colors. I hope I don't have to replace my roof again for a long time, but when I do this will be the first company I call.

Arrived on time to complete estimate - Accurately diagnosed issue immediately, provided very reasonable estimate, and did not try to sell me a new roof. Successfully completed repair - the roof has not leaked in the two years since the repair. Professional, knowledgable, and honest. Would definitely use them again.

We did a lot of research and wanted a roof for our single family home that would last and not have to be replaced after 20-30 years. We discovered the ECO-Star synthetic slate tiles which are made from recycled tires and could be recycled again after they need replacement in 50 - 100 years! This sustainability appealed to us. We’d rather pay double now the price of a shingle roof (1800 ft) and be done with it for good in our life time. The higher price is mostly due to the more extensive work involved. And we are very happy with Riba Construction’s work. The foreman H.B. did an incredible job, communicated well and answered all our questions. He really took his time to meticulously make sure everything was done properly. The company owners came multiple times ether to check in with us or to help with the work. It took a bit longer than anticipated but we’d rather have a job done well than rushed. An Eco Star inspector came out and validated that their product was installed to their specifications. And now we have a 50 year warranty on it. It was a pleasure having H.B. and his crew around. We can highly recommend Riba Construction.

Certified was highly professional. They offered a quote more quickly than other companies and the quote was lower than the others I had received. They also told me about the amazing deals on installing a solar energy system in DC, which was very helpful, as I've always been a fan of solar energy, and we'll be able to get a tax rebate on the roof because we installed solar also. They replaced the roof in one day a few days after we signed the contract. The only complaint I have is I wish they would have told me sooner which day the roof replacement would happen. They only called me the afternoon before.

Met with Tom, the owner of the company. His bid was competitive, he followed up on everything as promised, and the roof replacement was scheduled quickly and completed on time. We ultimately went with Lyons because the bid included extras that the other companies didn't offer: added a ridge vent, painted a rusty vent pipe and repainted the flat roof on the home's addition. Tom and his job foreman, Ismael, kept us updated throughout the workday by texting photos of the job's progress, and Ismael answered questions and helped me inspect the roof first-hand when the work was completed. Overall a very good experience working with Lyons. I would recommend the company to neighbors in need of roof repair or replacement.
