Recent Review: Got there 15 min. early (which was appreciated), located tank and dug down to concrete lid. In trying to get lid loose, it broke. I thought "Here we go," and wondered how much that would cost me. But the tank is 30 years old, and they explained this happens occasionally. They called the office, and a short time later a truck arrived with a new lid. They put it in, and didn't charge me extra. This is going the extra mile! And I got a 5% senior citizen discount.

Recent Review: These folks are great! Our well pump went out late one afternoon... no water! We had used this company 14 years ago o install the pump originally. We thought it would have to be replaced and expected to pay about $1000 or so. We called them and a man came out immediately. He assessed the situation, made sure we had another source of water for overnight, and came back the next morning with some help. They showed up when they said they would both times and were pleasant and friendly. The pump is old, but Frank advised us that he could fix it rather than replace it if we wanted -- even said that's what he would do in our situation, I appreciated the fact that although he could have gotten a new pump sale out of it, he offered us the choice. We did choose to have it repaired, and have had no trouble since then. I would recommend them most highly.

CWilson's Septic Tank Service Inc
My lower marks are attributed to management and not Irvin who performed on-site services. People are all very friendly.  However, Irvin showed up with the wrong truck becasue no one at the office told him what needed to be done.  Irvin had to return when I wasn't home to observe.  I had to call four times over the course of 2 months to get confirmation of services and an invoice.  At first they said it wasn't pumped, then said it was, then said had to talk to Irvin.  One person said it would take about an hour to figure out how to send an email.  Probably wasted about 4 hours just being diligent with them to pay my bill to them -- I probably could have gotten away with not paying but that is not how I do business.  Kept getting "I will check it out and call you back", but never got call backs until talking to Angie.  Office staff, although all very friendly, seem very disorganized.   The invoice is rather informal (email with an amount due) and almost seems unaccountable as a business record.  Not sure how they keep track of things if this is how they invoice.  Still don't know how full the tank was so I can time my next pump out.  Gave up on trying to find out that info. I might use them again, but I am going to definitely consider other services if available.

They were very responsive. Came out on little notice and were prepared to take care of the job right away. They did good work, at reasonable price. They are, however, difficult to reach, and do not always return phone calls. They also suggested that scheduling work can be tricky, because they respond to emergencies frequently, and those often take precedence.

APlumb Care Plumbing Inc
My water pressure had dropped dramatically. It was a late Saturday afternoon, so most places were closed with only a couple of them listing an emergency number. I called Plumb Care Plumbing and described what was taking place. The person I talked to gave me a couple of different scenarios as to what the problem could be and was very up front about the possible labor cost as it was a Saturday evening. I asked them to come and check it out and they said they could be there in about 45 minutes. The man arrived on time and was very professional and went right to work. The first thought was that my well pump had gone out, but after several checks it was determined that it was the switch on the pressure tank. He replaced the switch, cleaned up everything and had us back to running water. I would not hesitate to call Plumb Care Plumbing again.

AWooldridge Heating Air & Electrical
When I first called them, they sent a rep out right away, Will checked out everything and presented me with three options, I did not decide right away, I got three more estimates, none of those came out right away.  When I decided to go with Wooldridge, I called them and they gave me a date to come. Justin and Jack showed up right on time.  They explained what all they would do and got right to work.  These two guys were so nice and professional.  It took them a day and a half to do all they had to do, when they left the first day, they explained what they had done, and let me know they would be back the next day, showed up right when they said they would and got right to work, they finished today and before they left they explained everything and showed me how to work the new thermostat. Plus they cleaned up everything, I cannot say enough good things about Wooldridge Heating and Air,  if they say they are going to do something and show up and a certain time they do it, I would and have recommended them to friends and family, i gave them a b on price because they were not the cheapest, but when i figured in the warranty on this unit, it was just a little bit higher than the others,

AClearwater Plumbing & Pump Service
Kevin Reinhold is excellent.  He came to the rescue when our builders plumber could not install the orafice on our gas dryer prior to our moving in.  Even helping to move the washer into the laundry room.  When we called him back he voluntarily looked over the new build plumbing and fixed several areas that were potential for future leaks due to poor installation.  He quoted the work, made recommendations for fixing our issues: hard water and 10+ minutes to get hot water to the second floor.  He came back quickly to do the work.  He was not prepared to patch the drywall he had to cut for the pump, but otherwise cleaned up and you wouldn't have known he was there.  He didn't just leave the drywall, we discussed it. Also worth mentioning, he uses email and returns voice mail, I rarely had to wait for a reply even if not urgent. He is my new plumber!  Fantastic.

AWooldridge Heating Air & Electrical
The Wooldridge guys came in the pouring RAIN--removed old equipment from our upstairs attic, rebuilt the platform for the new heat pump to rest on--then tested and cleaned up everything. There wasn't a speck of dust or debris. They even stayed to make sure I understood our new thermostat. Really, a great bunch of folks. We consider ourselves customers for life.

ACunningham Well Drilling INC
Cunningham came to our new property to tell us about the two wells on the property.  We are total novices regarding wells.  He looked at the set-up for the one well that is currently operating.  He was satisfied  with what was there, but did indicate that a bigger tank might be needed and that the pump, etc needed to be protected for the winter. Then we went to another well on the property.  That well was covered and had no pump or tank on it.  We discussed a price for getting the well up and running.  He suggested that we might want to wait until we build our home and put things in the basement of the house and only have to pay once to get the septic operational.  In anticipation of doing this, he suggested that since he was already there, we measure the depth of the well.  We did that. Cunningham did a great job of explaining the well workings to us and where the lines seemed to be going, etc.

ARoto-Rooter
A section of my drain field was clogged, causing water from the septic system to accumulate on the surface of the ground in one area.  Sewage odor was evident often, and the ground stayed wet. I called another company months earlier because of the problem.  They pumped the septic tank and checked the distribution box, but did not locate any problem.  The problem returned and persisted, resulting in my contacting Rotor Rooter. RR personnel arrived as scheduled.  Within the hour they had diagnosed the problem - clogged drain field.  The called for extra specialized equipment needed to fix the problem and, once it arrived, proceeded to unclog all of my drain field lines (3).  They also pumped the septic tank, and showed me where the previous company did not clean it out properly. My septic system is working as it should.  Rotor Rooter personnel were prompt, courteous, and professional.
