Lowe's hired this company to repair our dishwasher. Although Lowe's scheduling system showed we'd have to wait a month, Just Appliance Repair (JAR) was able to squeeze us in within a week. Great so far. The technician was swift in his diagnosis, and very professional: Told us he'd have to order a new spray-pump motor, under warranty, from Kitchenaid. He estimated 1-2 weeks to get the part. Great so far. This is where it all falls apart: Starting 2 weeks after his visit, we began calling him daily to follow up. He NEVER returned any of the calls... Our persistent calling, yielded twice catching him, and he answered the phone... Once at the 4-week mark, once at the 6-week mark... Both times, his answer was, "Still waiting for the part. 1-2 weeks." Starting at 4 weeks, we began to call Lowes, demanding they either replace JAR and contact Kitchenaid to see if the issue was the warranty-replacement part or just JAR not calling back or some other mitigating factor. Finally, at 8 weeks, after relentless escalation inside of Lowes, we received a new replacement dishwasher. Needless to say, neither we nor Lowes contacted JAR to do the removal/installation. To this day, now 12 weeks since we first met him, we still have no idea what the situation is, nor why he never called us back. Needless to say, we'll not be using JAR again unless we have no choice. We have been entering reviews onto Angie's list for years, and this is the first negative posting we have ever made.
