Recent Review: I have used Madison Plumbing several times over the years, and have always been satisfied with their response and work. In this latest visit, they found a supply line that had rusted through, and replaced it. We have been in this house for about 14 years, and about two years ago, a problem developed in the foyer bathroom where air was coming up through the toilet when water was run in the kitchen. At the same time, this toilet would not flush. After several attempts, it was discovered the problem would clear itself if the kitchen sink was filled, then drained. At the same time, the toilet would be flushed, and the problem was 'fixed'. This has actually been looked at twice by Madison Plumbing, but no real answer has been found as to why this started after so many years. It became routine to fill up the kitchen sink with hot water every couple of weeks, then release the water. This seemed to alleviate the problem, until now. I am trying to decide if a new set of eyes is needed, or to call Madison Plumbing back.
