Recent Review: First call:  excellent job for $110 total cost, but no check of fan effectiveness (that was communicated to homeowner). Second call: At my request, installed two new exhaust ducts in attic with difficult access. Elapsed time on site-one hour; no                        electrical requirement; charge -$180 While working in an attic in summer is not fun, I feel that checking a fan for proper installation includes both electrical and ducting.  There was no discussion of cost for the second call until the ducting was finished. I have not yet received a written bill but I assume I paid for an electricians hourly charge, plus travel time, plus two four inch ducts, plus tape. Given the circumstances,  I think this is excessive.

Recent Review: I was able to get an estimate and schedule an appointment for the work to be done via emails and their website and then had final confirmation on the phone. Went very efficiently The service man ( Bobby ) arrived a few minutes early from the schedule time. I had purchased the new fan and it was in the box waiting for him. The existing fan assembly was removed and the new fan was installed. The work was done professionally and the area was cleaned up upon completion. A person would not know thst anything was done. He did have to go into the attic area for final mounting and connecting. Even with the blown in insulation this was done very efficiently. I would like to again acknowledge that the service man was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of what he need to do. We would recommend them for any work that you would need to have done. We would hire again.

Recent Review: Don?t let the company name fool you, Wes is more than just a handyman. Wes and his team did a great job on the renovations to my house. The craftsmanship is superb.  The whole experience was excellent.  Wes was very collaborative and willing to work with my ideas and made recommendations that improved the end results.  He is a clean as you go kind of guy.  Due to my finances, I did my renovations in three stages over a two year period.  Which means I could have chosen another contractor if I didn't like Wes' work.  Wes was so easy to work with, I didn?t want to work with anyone else.  If I was in the market to build an entire house, I would use Quality Handyman Services!

On a prior occassion I had handy hands install some plumbing in a rental house.  This went very well so I hired him to do some small jobs at my house.  1.  fix rattle in attic fan....  outcome it still rattles 2 put new motion sensor on outdoor lights  ... accomplished this 3. measure for new shutter and window pane. ... got accurate measurements 4. replace light switches in kitchen.  he worked for approximately 3 hours on this and was not able to get the job done.  possibly my wiring, however he said he would not charge me for this time, 5.  changed out my flood lights... accomplished this task he was at my house for 6 hours and charged me for the entire 6 hours according to a previously stated rate that he had given me.  He states he does electrical however I am not convinced and would have thought that after an hour of fiddling with these switches he would of admitted he didn't know how.
