Recent Review: Jesse and his guys were teriffic to work with. He was extremely flexible from estimate through job completion. I decided that I would provide all materials and do the painting. He provided me with a list and amount of materials needed and offered suggestions regarding everything from design to quality of materials to be purchased, but only when asked. He and his guys were always on time, always courteous and professional, and respectful of our home. The remodel was estimated for 5-6 days and lasted into the eighth day, partly due to my not having some materials when needed. The rest of the extra time was due to Jesse's insistance on making the tile and plaster patching look perfect (for which I am very grateful). We plan on remodeling our kitchen in the near future. After this experience, Bath Factor will be the only call we'll be making.

Recent Review: First I came upon this company by mistake. I had set up several contractors to come by and give quotes. One of the contractors asked me had I been out cabinet shopping and of course I told them I had been to Lowes and Home Depot but didn't see anything I wanted. I really didn't want any of those types of cabinets. I wanted someone to build my cabinets. He told me about Colonial Kitchens. He said they are not far from you and they have very nice displays there. Go there and take a look.. Well I do exactly that as soon as he left, didn't know if they where open on a Saturday or not. I find the place and low and behold they where open. So I walk in and this very friendly guy greets me , may I help you. I tell him I'm looking to have my kitchen redone and how I stumbled upon them. He asked who was smart enough to tell you this. Of course I wouldn't disclose that. I was looking around and saying to myself this is the type of cabinets I want. They have a very nice showroom. I saying to myself, can't afford this, they are going to be way higher than those guys that came by who have pre-made cabinets. So Mike at Colonial Kitchens starts talking to me asking what I wanted and I told him something like one of the displays they had. I say to him this kitchen display is about the size of my kitchen can you tell me about how much this would cost me. I knew he couldn't tell me an exact price but wanted to know if I could possibly even afford them. So Mike smiled and gave me a quote and he says you know this is just an estimate I would need to get true measurements. He said they would be glad to come out and get measurements. He says you need to talk to Brain and here he come now. He introduced me and told him why I was there they laughed, because another contractor told me about them. Well Brian gives me a full tour of the place where the actually build the cabinets. Wow! I was amazed, I said I'm hiring these guys if they come in my price range. We set up the appointment , they came out and gave me a quote and it was well within my budget and was close to some of those contractors that had the pre- made cabinets. They got the job! They gave me a start date and stuck true to it. They where in here on Monday ,11/28 and out by Friday 12/02, a week. These guys had every aspect of the job lined up and was on time. They never took lunch breaks, hard working guys. I have a beautiful new kitchen for the holidays. I never met such a nicer group of guys to work with. I have already recommended them to my boss, he's looking to have some bathroom cabinets done. They come highly recommended by me.

Recent Review: We wanted to replace the tile scheme in the master bathroom and tried to find a suitable contractor. Doug King was knowledgeable, hard working and honest. He gave me a time and cost estimate and completed the work on schedule and exactly for the cost he proposed. He was very helpful in making suggestions and a pleasure to work with. We have decided to redo the rest of our bathrooms because he did such a good job.

Recent Review: Quality Advantage arrived on Tuesday morning ready to go removing all sinks, tubs and toilets in both upstairs bathrooms. Main hallway bathroom was gutted the first day. and installed the next day with new tub, toilet and vanity. On day three the removed the Master Bathrooms and completed the re-install on Friday Afternoon. Lead man on the Project was Derek Council, who was a professional all the way thru the project coordinating and communicating the needs of the job.  Great job and would highly recommend this company

Recent Review: Refresh Cabinets repaired my kitchen and bathroom cabinets.  They truly look BRAND NEW.  They were very accommodating and far exceeded my expectations.  It would have cost 3 times what I spent to replace the cabinets.  This process is so much better than "refacing".  I would hire them again!

Very well. At all times, Val Little worked with us for any scheduling difficulties. Any minor concerns were immediately addressed and the response was always that he would work until it was done to our satisfaction.

Wonderful experience knowing I could trust that the team would show up when they said and progress updates were always available . The desire to do the job right was obvious and the team was very respectful of my goals while gently advising me when personal style choices weren't practical.

This was not a good experience, sadly. We met with the Sales Manager to get an estimate on a small bathroom renovation. Very quickly, this become a "sales pitch" for the other renovations we had been planning, including jokes from the Sales Manager about how much this was going to cost. Personally, I don't joke about my money - I work too hard to earn it. The day after he left, I wrote an email to him about working through the renovation plan in phases, for both time and money savings. I got a reply: "thanks for the update". A week later I got a phone messagel: "Hey we need to talk about this because the costs are really climbing." Following some "phone tag" while I was on a business trip, I sent him an email: "Please just give me an estimate on the guest bathroom". No response received for three weeks and counting. I guess to him my money and my project turned out to be a joke after all. This is the most disappointing experience I have had to date.

AIrish Accents & Renovations
Outstanding from start to finish. I had a complete bathroom renovation to include shower installation with tile, fixtures, shower door; bathroom floor leveled and tile installed; vanity installed; all new ceiling lights and all new fixtures to include moving electrical outlets, etc.; toilet replacement; painting and installation of new trim; and installation of towel rods, mirrors, etc. I could not have been more satisfied with their attention to detail, professionalism, and timeliness. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We needed are master bathroom renovated and had to do it with a budget in mind. I was up front with that expectation and Greg was really great bring me numbers right away if there was unforeseen extra overages and expenditures through out the project. We chose a hexagon marble for the floor and white subway for the walls with a large niche. I’m a DIYer with perfectionist tendencies so when I wanted something changed or fixed He did it right away no problem. I had him install a infinity drain with inlay tile and some tile around it didn’t lay right after grouting and I asked for it be fixed and he did it no problem. He was honest with what worked or didn’t when I showed him pictures of what I wanted. The crew was every polite and always cleaned up their messes. I had to do some extra cleaning some days and at the end. Duct tape used for the floor protector paper left a big mess to get up but whatever. We also did all the painting our selves to save some money and installed the new light and sealed the marble ourselves. Also the plumber he contracts with was amazing. Him and his apprentice did excellent work and I was extremely happy. I will have them do all our heating and plumbing from now on. Over all I’m very pleased and would ask Tomas Brothers back in my house to do more projects.

Geoff Byers transformed my kitchen far beyond my imagination and gave me a drool-worthy master bathroom that captures the attention of all who see it. I first contacted him with my idea for moving the refrigerator back into the kitchen from the pantry/utility room where the previous owner put it, relocating the washer & dryer, and making one of two bathrooms wheelchair accessible (for potential future needs). After asking him whether I was wasting my time and money or not, Geoff presented me with a few alternative designs a couple weeks later. We went from there. The work included tearing out a small bathroom; demolishing a brick fireplace from chimney down to subfloor foundation; relocating sliding glass doors and the hot water heater; walling off two doorways and creating four new ones; and reconfiguring the pantry/utility room into a nice laundry area, utility closet, and short hallway. Geoff used the space from the small bathroom tearout to expand the original kitchen area. He added the space from the demolished fireplace to what was left from the general kitchen area to create a brand new master bathroom with attached large closet. (Don’t worry-- he put a wall between the new kitchen and bathroom!) The kitchen’s new footprint now allows for double the cabinet space that I had before, an additional pantry cabinet, and room for a table and chairs. It also includes two beautiful garden windows. Oh, and the refrigerator is in there, too. The new master bathroom includes a double vanity and a curbless tiled shower. Originally planned to have glass doors, the shower is so large—seriously, it’s big enough for three people—that the doors became unnecessary. The attached clothes closet is nearly the size of the small bathroom that was torn out to expand the kitchen. Geoff’s experience and background enable him to offer design ideas or troubleshoot your own. Additionally, he is not shy about telling you what he thinks about your plans if you ask him. If yours is the only job that he has scheduled at the time, Geoff will be on-site every day, all day, and actively working. Even when jobs overlap, you will see him regularly. If he hits an unexpected roadblock, he has the know-how to blow through it with minimal delay…or none at all. He has one primary assistant, and the plumber, electrician, and drywall person that he uses are skilled and respectful. If you are interested in a summary of the work that has been accomplished each day, Geoff will patiently walk you through a “show and tell” before he leaves. Just let him know that is what you want. He will also tell you what the future steps are—for the next day, the next week, or the project overall. Furthermore, he is quick to respond to any communications that you send him. Texting worked best for us. I am extremely pleased with the work that Geoff did and the dreamy spaces that he created for me. They far exceed anything that I could have imagined when I first began to look for a contractor. You too will be happy with the final results if you hire him. Geoff Byers is the increasingly rare contractor who is extremely skilled at what he does and refreshingly ethical in his treatment of the client.

AIrish Accents & Renovations
We used Irish Accents (Val Little) for an extensive master bathroom renovation project.  Val was a pleasure to work with, was on-site when he said he would be, coordinated the electrical and plumbing work, assisted with design ideas, did several mock-ups of some areas to assist us in visualizing final design and cleaned up at the end of each day.  His carpentry, tile and painting work were all excellent. He kept us informed of when he would need owner provided tile, fixtures, and paint. Val did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the outcome; would definitely use him again.

Outstanding! From the initial price quote to the final cleanup, Geoff was the consummate professional. His design, workmanship, materials and commitment to the job were top notch. I was out of town for almost all of the renovation and he kept me posted with photos and text messages for the duration of the project. His price quote was far below the others I received and he offered more. He changed the footprint of my 60-year-old bathroom, took the entire room down to the studs/joists, and gave me a 21st century finished product! I am so happy with Geoff's work that he is about to begin renovating my master bath.
